well,
this really fat girl (not trying to be a b****)
wants to fight me. we are about the same height, but to tell you the truth, im not really the fighting kind. its kinda childish. and, im actually scared of her to. everyone is like ohh you can beat her and stuff but im scared to fight her. she doesnt like me because the guy she liked, likes me. but i dont know what to do and i need some help. its still summer, and she is threatning me and saying shes gonna kick my azz and i was like look just leave me alone and shes like are you scared? i dont want to admitt that im scared cause i will seem like a wuss in front of everyone. i tried to talk to my parents and they are telling me to inore her and that im better than her but its hard to inore her. and when i go back to school, im gonna have to live with the fear that she could get me when im not looking. what should i do? please help.

headed to a hotel for a few days. I'm devastated, but we haven't been on the same page for ages, and there's been a lot of arguments. Arguments about the big things too - eg family and religion. We have a 6mo daughter. My question is; does a cooling-off period ever work? We both still love each other but need time to re-evaluate, and clear our heads. I knew this was coming but I didn't expect it to hurt so much. Has this sort of time out worked for anyone else?

currently in a secret relationship and hiding it from our parents that live in another city whom strongly disapprove and will do anything to stop it.

we love each other very much, are established working adults, and want to get married but now the parents want to move to the same city.

We love it where we live but we are afraid of what the parents will do. Do we stay and put up with the stress or do we move away and know that they will have to accept it and have no control over us if we are very far away?

So my boyfriend is spiraling down into the disease of alcoholism at a deathly speed. I don't know what to do. He picks these really petty things to fight about, and it's just extremely irritating, saddening, and maddening. I don't know what to do. It's starting to affect our relationship.

My bf's mom says that I need to go to al-anon because I'm a "co". She went while her husband was alive and says that they saved her marriage.

Has anyone else gone to these when you have an alcoholic spouse/significant other?

(please don't tell me that I need to leave him--that's not what this is about)

ok so my best friend is having a party at her house this sunday and its also my birthday and my cousins christening. my mom said i'm not allowed to go because its my cousins mom special day and shes not leaving the party for the christening to take me to my friends house. my friend is having the party from 2pm-10:30pm and the party for the christening starts at 2pm. i asked my mom if i can maybe go to the christening party for 2 hours and then go to my friends house afterwards and she came out and said "NO! absolutely not! its becky's special day and i am not leaving the party to take you to your friends house!" but its my special day too! its my birthday :( i don't understand why i just can't go to both. do you think this is fair? i'm 15 btw, and i'm a good kid, i really don't think this is fair at all!

I believe he is not cheating on me. But I think it is disrespectful of them and him to be calling each other outside of work. If they came here toOUR home and visited when I am here ,it would be different. Am I wrong? I dont get high,but they do. I am not going to start either.I feel like they are laughing at me behind my back. I don't need other men. I only have eyes for my husband. He told me that he wants females to like him because he has some issues. I don't accuse him of cheating,I just think that my home is my territory and he is MY husband. They should keep their friendship at work and leave it there unless they want to come when i am here....uhoh..im rambling..is anyone else going thru this? Am i being narrow minded? I just want them to quit calling him is all..I do not think that is unreasonable..I t hurts me so bad inside. I want to be HIS only one. I pray to God everyday he will understand this is tearing me up. I don't know maybe I am nuts...what do u think?

there's a girl i've liked for several weeks. we met through a mutual friend.

i see her pretty often at a cafe we both go to a lot. she sometimes seems flirty (kicking leg under table, laughing at my most awful jokes, long eye contact and a constant smile, joking/teasing, etc.)

today, the place was crowded and i was in kind of a bad mood. so, i sat very far from her and said little or nothing to her when she was there (she was with a friend of hers).

i'm usually much more friendly. but i didnt want to seem clingy and also i wasn't in a mood to talk much.

was i too unfriendly? will she think i don't like her? help!

recently some really bad things have happened in my family. my step dad cheated on my mother and slept with another women. then she took him back. it was a 6 month adultrey period. my whole family is torn. hes been my father figure since i was 5 and it hurts so much. my mother is choosing him over me by treating me like a stranger. she knows i had a hunch about it. i tld her that something was up i could feel it. but she pretends that hes the greatest person in the world and leaves me in the dark and tries to make me feel guilty for not welcoming him in with open arms. my aunt says i just need to get out of here. she claims that they have always bullied me around and like a wounded animal ive taken it. but now.. she says that things have gotten out of hand. my mother has done as few things to me that .. we will just say are not motherly and semi crual. i just dont know.

My sister just sprung on me that she is getting married this upcomming october about a week before halloween. The reason its so soon is cause her fiances dad has lung cancer and has a half a year to live and wants to see his son finally get married. She wants some sort of maskerade ball ?(i think i spelled that wrong) like at the end of the movie in Van Hellsing to be the theme in her wedding..or in other words "victorian" and she wants my ideas and help to jumpstart the process and make it beautiful..can anyone help me in any way for flowers, or pictures of victorian weddings, or decorations in general that will work? Sorry don't mean to sound shallow but I have been athletic my whole life. I work out and take care of myself and so naturally I am attracted to athletic women...especially the petite ones. I love this girl but I want to be really physically attracted to her! She would be hot if she lost about 30 lb but she hasn't exercised in about 10 years and has gotten pretty lazy.
