Okay...
So I kinda like someone I met through camp.
Well we don't live anywhere near close.

We both kinda have this thing for eachother.....

Is it even worth it to have a long distance relationship?
Like I can trust him 100% and everything.

I just always hear about terrible things..
Like people are obviously going to change; but if they don't change together, and only communicate with the internet or via phone....??

What do you think?

My boyfriend took up a second job in the mornings weeks ago. He works with his friend Dan*. Ever since then, they had this weekly guys night out , either bowling or (good gawd) drinking. Dan's* single and hits on girls whenever they go out, and sometimes he pushes my boyfriend into doing the same thing even though he knows he's got a girlfriend (me). My boyfriend doesn't do it though.Still, from past experience, I don't/can't fully trust him and he even told me he gets girls numbers and throws them away afterwards just so he can reassure himself he still has game. Anyway, since they've been hanging out lately, he's been drinking more and might've almost started smoking. I feel like I don't really know him anymore and he's just fading away. Plus he's disappointing/disgusting me. I thought I might be able to change him just a little, but obviously that didn't work. So what do I do? I've been told by friends to hang in there, but it's almost been 2 years of patience and tolerence with him

In my previous question I described my crush on a girl who had worked with my company on a freelance basis. Now, we have no job obligations to each other.

I know she's not attached. She works 8am-2am on 2 jobs daily to help with her parents' medical bill debts. I'm attracted to things that are common between us and am atracted to her virtue in focusing to solve her family problems (for the near future).


She said she treats me as a friend and I think that's why I got personal with her. In reality, I think she has no time to treat me better than a job contact or one who can give her a job opportunity.

Right now, I can still see a good business fit for her to join my own company. Now I think I can be professional with her at work. Can I be professional at work with a girl I had a crush on ?

I confess I still like her.

Physically i want her so bad. Her looks are amazing.

But shes just even more amazing on the inside. She could care less about herself, shes always helping other people. She works to sponsor 4 kids from world vision, like what kind of girl works her *** off for that, she organises with her church to go out and do community services for people that need help. Shes just amazing.. shes the nicest person i have ever met. How can someone so beautiful be even more beautiful on the inside.

Most girls use there looks as a weapon. I know she knows shes pretty, but she doesnt care. Most girls would rather do there nails or there hair rather then helping sponsor children in 3rd world countrys. I would rather fix up my car. Her life is basically working to help others

I want her so bad.. shes told me she likes me.. but im scared.

I guess the question im asking is, she clearly is to perfect for me, im scared i want her for her body more the i want her for her soul?

Do i ask her out?

Ok...so I used to work with this guy for about 6 months...we talked and had alot of fun together...so three months later I see him and realize I still like him...I don't know what to do...we haven't really talked since then, I am a really shy person and I don't know how to approach a situation like this, but when I did see him the other day he told me that he wanted me to work there again...how do I approach him?!?!

I used to have a crush on this guy, he's going to be a sophmore, and I'm going to be a freshman, and we're in the drumline, and we see eachother for drumline stuff over the summer. I stopped liking him, cause he's like a boy magnet, and I get jealous when I like the guy, and, I was SURE of myself that he doesn't like me, and he never did, soo I just gave up on him, and, Idk how he reacts to his lother lady friends. ANYWAYS, today I met him up again at the school, where everybody was cleaning the band hall, and I didn't know he was gonna be there. And, I talked to him, cause, when we see eachother, he always talks to me first, but I don't talk to him, cause Idk what to say to him, but he just goes for it. And, he talked to me, and he's ALWAYS suprise when he sees me, and, when we stop talking, he just says my name, Idk y, but I think he does it just to keep the conversation going, and he always makes me laugh, and he stares at me when I'm somewhere else.
does it seems like he likes me?

I've known S since 7th grade (about 13 years ago) by 9th grade we were inseparable. Fast forward to HS graduation, I go off to a univ. in upstate NY, she goes off to univ. in Wisconsin. We were great at keeping in touch. She started dating a guy senior year (whom I accidentally introduced her to...long story) and they've been together ever since. We've had many a fight about how much I hate him, how badly he treats her and etc. She would just blow me off about it and wouldn't listen. They're still together, I guess I've just chosen to live with it. But I really think, subconsciously, that HE is the downfall to our relationship. We hardly talk anymore, maybe twice a month, a little more. She won't come visit me and I can't visit her due to lack of funds. We haven't seen each other since April. We catch each other in the rare times we're both home in NY. It's really unfortunate and I don't want to lose her but I don't know what to do anymore. Can I still consider her my best friend?

I just got engaged a couple of months ago and our parents met to discuss our wedding plans and they didn't agree on anything. His parents want us to get married at some fancy country club and want to invite like 300 people on their side alone but I really don't want that and my parents let them know this and told them they would prefer something small at the church but they didn't want that. And my fiance's mom hates the colorsI picked out and won't let his little sister whose 14 be in the wedding if she has to wear a sea green (one of the colorsr I picked, the other color is yellow) dress. Our parents kept going back and forward about our wedding plans and it was embarassing since we were in a restaurant. I finally got mad and walked out and my fiance followed me and then suggested we just elope. It sounds like a good idea but I really wanted a wedding with all my friends and family but our parents are ruining everything! What should I do?

i was wlaking my dog today ad=round the block and i notice he is panting so he needed some water so i went up to a house and i knew a kid from school that lived there...his dad answered and i poliley asked him if i could get some water for my dog. my dog was drinking he called the kid from school and both of them were in the door way..the dad kept asking me qustions..how was your summer? blahblah blah ext... the boy just stood int he door way and smiled..i kne w him froom school. he is very but i must say (cute). he broke up with his girl cause they never talk..guess they are both shy. then he asked out a popluar girl she said no. so he is single. anyway I asked him if he wanted to hold my dog since my dog is sooo tiny. but his dad says he was alergic and the boy is too. he just sat ther the wholetime and smiled..i just wander does he like me? does he think of me somethimes? i mean we do talk in school. girls you know like when you look at a guy and he smiles. so does he like me?

my son is 5 months old and right now he is on soy formula and is trying some baby foods. my mother in law watches him during the day while my wife and i work. she has been told over and over that we don't want anything in our sons mouth except what we feed him (formula and baby food). she has stuck pickles, oranges, and fudgecicles in his mouth on edifferent occassions and when confronted about it, she gets mad and says, "it was just a taste". i dont care, he could have allergies, and he just plain does not need sugar or citris or any adult food until my wife and i think he is ready. and he is deffinately not ready for these things at 5 months. she even tried feeding him cereal when he was 1 month to our objection. we have a babysitter lined up beginning the end of august, but we dont know what to do until then! we cant afford daycare until then...so what does everyone think about this kind of meddling with our infant son? are we being unreasonable or what?
