i would say that, she must be deeply in love with you ... don't you agree. if not why would she bring herself to a poor position should you rejected her request..??

Like that guy daniel said it might hurt the guys pride...and make his guy friends laugh and tease him.Hun I say wait it out.Let him come to you,it never works when a women goes to the men and ask...it isn't right. The man is supposed to ask the women for a reason because of the fact that it means so much more to them.Plus than you both know that it was meant to be.If you do it and he never wanted to ask you,you may end up hurt.=(So my advice is to wait on this guy.I always say never rush, wait on the guy to do it to you.But good luck anyways.

you know, i asked my man that a couple months ago, and he told me that he thinks it would be really romantic. cuz the guy asking the girl is so traditional. why not switch it up! it means the same thing no matter who asks who, as long as it's the right time in the relationship and you know it's something he wants too. just make sure its not too early.

Personally I think you should wait for him to pop the question. Don't rush it by asking him unless you are already sure he'd say yes. If you do pop the question I'd love to hear how it goes. -J

It's happened in my last 4 or 5 relationships.
I would think the same thing I always think. "What makes you think you're good enough to marry me, ho?" Or, "Yeah... Like I'm going to give someone who's got to sit to pee complete control over my happiness."

i'd say she is desperate... and a lil bit naive and maybe senseless...
i hate to give u this classic answer of all times, but i think it is ok in this situation: it depends...
if you have been hanging out for 6yrs and age is no longer on your side, then it is your right. he should b a man and do what he has to do.
but if u barely know him, say u have only been in the relationship for 2 yrs, thread softly... guys change.. we are unpredictable.

Impressed..It takes nerve but like a guy asking a girl..one should be prepared for a "No" answer.

I... would be slightly taken aback, but if I loved her, I would gladly accept... maybe I would say "no", then get on one knee and ask her to marry me.
