Ok...so I used to work with this guy for about 6 months...we talked and had alot of fun together...so three months later I see him and realize I still like him...I don't know what to do...we haven't really talked since then, I am a really shy person and I don't know how to approach a situation like this, but when I did see him the other day he told me that he wanted me to work there again...how do I approach him?!?!

Talk to him about things you have in common and make him talk about himself. When you thing he looks comfortable talking interrupt him and just say I like you allot how do you feel about me. For a couple of minutes he will fill same as you (the shy feeling). That should work just don't rehears what you will say but be prepared and hit him with it when he is least expecting it.

Go work and get paid!!!!
Smile a lot and make sure he knows you're there. You can get him to notice you by doing your job exceptionally well!
If he shows any interest in you, invite him out to a simple event, like going to the movies together. Then wait and see if he follows through for the next get together. If not, invite him somewhere else. If he still doesn't catch the hint, move on.

Shyness is just that....shyness. One up your self by walking up to this guy and smile and ask him how his day is going...that's an ice breaker to an open conversation with him .If he does not react ,simply excuse yourself and find better company. Or someone who feels the same about you in return.

Sounds to me like this is the very early part of a courtship...when the time is right, you'll get a call from him if he is interested in you...otherwise, move on...

Be brave and ask him out to dinner. It sounds like he already likes you, you do have some history so it should be easier for you. Go for it! What do you really have to lose?
