first off im 20...21 in about 3 weeks. im old already and i get that...but my parents are WEIRD! and the thing is , i dont really think they like the guy that im with. he hasn't done anything horrible to them, or bad but they dont like him cause i think, they met him when he was 17 and i was 16 and i thinkthey hold the fact that we were young and dumb against him u know? kinda like they see him still as a child. they dont like that he doesn't go to school and they think he's ugly...which normal people wouldn't say but they are dumb. anyway. he's been my bf for 6 years!!!!!!!!!!! and i want to tell them. i just haven't cause they get upset and they wont let me go out with him or him come over, cause i still live at home. ugh i dont know!!!! how do i do this without upsetting them? i don't want to totally go against them but i know they are gonna say NO and that they dont approve. i love him very much, please help!

She called last week from Colorado and said her and my 16 month old son are going to stay there and not come back to Oregon. We dont even have a final order yet on our custody arrangements. Can she really get away with this? And what, if anything, can I do about this?

ok so my bf (of 2.5 years) and i got into a huge fight this past Fri due to my PMDD-it causes me to basically put him through hell the week before my period (accuse him of things he's not doing, cry over everything,etc). it got so bad that it came down to him forcing me to leave his house and go back to mine or he was going to get into his car and leave me in his house. i left w/him telling me he loved me, just needed a few days to bounce back, promised me he'd call everyday, and that i could call him if needed. i called Sat only to tell him about a fish tank that was on sale and he seemed happy to hear from me-telling me aobut his day then saying he loved me when hangning up.

i called back that afternoon in tears (got his voicemail) telling him i was scared we wouldn't make it-he never called back. i called again today on my way to his niece's b-day party (he didnt go) and he never called back so i stopped by...

okay well my ex(zach)we went out for a month and yeah i liked him alot. but somtimes he would get mad when i was hanging out with my guy friends but they were his friends too.well then one day this other guy started to flirt with me and i didnt like him at all but zach didnt belive me.and yeah the guy would do it alot and sometimes he would give me stuff and im the type of person that cant stand to see some one sad or hurt. but i wouldnt take it and one time he gave me a rose in front of my ex zach and yeah he broke up with me and yeah he broke my heart alot by saying really mean things too me and then some time past and i got over him but now when see him or see the letters he use to write me and our song(how to save a life by the fray)i start to remember him and i dont know if it was my fault or if it was just fate. and yesterday i had a pool party and that guy came and he was flirting with me i answered back but i would i would remember my ex. what should i do should i call him (ex)

I just found my husband's stash of online porn that he saves from the internet and most of the clips he saves is of the guy cumming into the girls mouth or on her face. What does this say about my husband? Its hard to tell what he's into when half the porn he watches doesnt have intercourse in it (granted he doesnt know i've seen these). I just want to know if its something I should be worried about? I would ask him this myself but i dont want to embarrass him. And another question, why does he hide it from me? My husband's niece called tonight. She has an 8 year old daughter that she wanted me to babysit until tomorrow afternoon. I've only met the little girl once at a funeral. I told a lie and said I was just getting ready to go out for the evening.
It was all very last minute. My neice had arranged for her mom to watch the child but apparently she had forgotton and she wasn't home. I suppose that my nieces job may be in jepordy tonight if she's not able to find an overnight sitter. We are not very close and it was out of the blue. How do I overcome this guilt???

Even though they say they want a nice guy and say they hate jerks? If you look at the scenario, it always plays out where the girl goes for the jerk and tortures the nice guy with the fact that she's in a sexual relationship with a jerk. To me, this shows hatred and contempt toward nice men because torture is the ultimate display of hatred. This isn't really what bothers me, though; it's more of the fact that women can't be honest about what they really want when looking for a man.

I realize that many women will respond to this and say that they love nice guys, when in reality they've only been used by jerks.

By the way, in this case, nice does not mean weak, emotional, needy, or desperate.

Could this perhaps also be why America's divorce rate is skyrocketing? Nice guys feel they must become jerks for a sexual relationship (a basic necessity for all men) so any concept of love is lost.

I am in the middle of a divorce. My 7 year old son has been telling me of several incidents over the last six months regarding his halfbrother (age 14) who i raised for 13 years.

According to my son, my ex frequently fights with his 14 year old half brother. On New Years, my ex tackled him, dragged him by his feet. My stepson sustained rugburns on his arms.

About 3 months ago, my son also said his brother was backtalking, and his dad grabbed his brother, twisted his arm to where he was crying saying, "its coming out of the socket."

Last week, according to my son, my ex threw a shoe in my stepson's face. My son didn't witness it, but he said he heard a loud thump, then heard Matthew cry out 'you hit me in the nose with a freaking shoe, dad'.

My son denies any altercations with his father. He is only witnessing what is going on.

Unfortunately my ex is a well respected physician in the community and I worry noone will believe me. He is so convincing in public.

i recently got my girlfriend an mp3 player for her birthday that was 229 dollars she has had it for 4 months now and has noticed some scratches on it , now she wants me to by a new one because she saw some scarthes on her mp3 player, the player works fine it just has some scratches is it worth buying her a new one for 229 im not know rich guy here i make average wages here. when i tell her it not a wise decision to do it she fusses and huffs and puffs was i wrong for not gettin the mp3 player
