is it true that the only way I HAVE to let my baby's father see our child is if there's already a visitation order? I don't want him any where near me or my home.

i'm 16 and told my parents i wanted to move out and they said if i did, they wouldnt pay my school fees.
is there any way i could make them or the law could make them pay it? or anything i could say to them to get them to change there minds? SOMETHING?!

i live in victoria, australia, and please dont say "your too young to move out, etc.etc" because my parents are overbearing, overprotective and i honestly will not survive the rest of my school years under their roof.

thankyou.xx

my "friend" is really weird. i just got back from camp yesterday. i had a couple messages in my inbox, so, i go and check. there are a couple from her. so i read them and apologize for not getting back to her right away because i was at camp. then i say normal stuff in the other ones that she sent me. she replies to the first one. this is what she says, "w/e". i don't get it, i mean i know what it means, but she does this all the time. i told her how i feel in my reply. and she hasn't replied yet. i just don't get her. she tells lies about me to my friends and disses me about my boyfriend. i really don't get what hr problem is. i've known her since 3rd grade, and she still is a little kid. and we're going into 8th!!!! plz help me

My two yr old was calling for me this morning on a few different occassions and I was not answering him (in the bathroom brushing teeth) So, my mother decides to answer his "mom" call. I let that go... Then he was calling for me again and I heard her answer him "yes what is it" 3 more times! I flat out told her not to answer him when he calls for mom because I'm the mother. She denied she was doing it.
But I reminded her it was just this morning and she did it a few times and to stop it.
How, in a non offending manner, do I tell her NOT to do that anymore?
She answers him as if she is the mom... when he calls "mom" she answers "yes what is it?"

I am going to go for a first date soon sometime during the afternoon. I want to do something that will make it fun and less awkward where inhibitions are easier to drop or at least where awkward silences can be filled by an activity so that it doesnt feel so much like an interview!!

Thanks :)

I asked yesterday if people thought if i were NOT to invite kids under 12 to my wedding, would the parents not come. I think people thought i didn't know what to do with the kids if they did come but i want to know if the parents won't come if i exlude the kids. Its not like i would have 5 kids i have 20-25 from ages 8-0, i love all the kids but i don't want to listen to babies cry, there are 4 born just this year. Plus its 75 a person.

i know what i could do if i did invite them, but since i'm not a parent i'm not sure if i exlude kids that the parents won't come or think that i'm rude not to invite there children

I am 28 and I have never really kissed a girl and my sister who is a 5 years younger than me said she will show me how to do it if I want. I didn't know what to say? Is this wrong? It isn't really incest because we won't have sex. Do you think there will be too much temptation to go further if we start kissing? I am scared no one will ever want to kiss me that's why I am considering this?

She has already let us lose him to the father once. Now we have this week on week off crap. The baby is miserable but since we are just grandparents we have no rights. The father is just as bad as she is. I am so torn between continuing to live being held hostage by her or throwing her out and losing the baby. Should I just keep my mouth shut and enjoy my grandson (who is more my son)? Do you know of any cases in TN where grandparents have won rights over parents that I might look into?

Imagine you have been attracted to your sister in law for years.
You love your brother very much.
Your marriage is a disaster.
You have always flirted mildly with sister in law but have never pushed the envelope and she has never seemed to reciprocate your attraction to her.
Lately, though, things have changed and you notice she has started to "warm up" to you. She returns your flirting and you start to see the signs of a solid infatuation or maybe even love.
She is a woman you would want to spend the rest of your life with if you were not her husband's brother and if you were not married yourself.
Both your and your brother's childrend are adults now.

What do you do? Divorce your wife and start pursuing your sister-in-law? Pretend your are shocked and talk to your brother? Talk to her? Cut all contact? Other?

Ok so I have been single going on over 7 years now. My problem is, is I think my standards are too high but I am afraid to lower them. Basically, I just got out of the military, came back to a small town and I know no one. I have tried to get out and meet new people but its easier said then done. What I look for is a woman who is young (20 to 26), attractive, that has a good head on her shoulders, thats not into drama, and has goals in life that dont consist of how much booze she can drink in one night or how many drugs she can take in a lifetime. So I am not sure what to do anymore. It seems that all the women that are my age (24) or close to are drama queens, or want little or nothing to do with me. So I am not sure how to approach this. Maybe some outside input would help me make some proper decisions. Also I noticed that 99.9 percent of the ladies I consider attractive know they are, and thus just blow me off anyways because I dont meet their standards I suppose.

We split up after 3 months together and 2 weeks after this we slept together. Its now been 2 months and I met her again, and we went cinema and for dinner and a walk on the beach. I felt really nervous like it was the first time I was meeting her again. I couldnt keep my eyes of her and just wanted to be close to her. Then before I had to go home again, I told her how I felt, that I still love her and always think of her. She admitted she likes her ex as hes the first person she loved, but she was with me for longer and we had planned a future together, and done more than she did with her ex. The whole time I was telling her all this she was looking away and looked upset like it was hurting her, and when I left with my mates who picked me up to take me home, even they said she looked really upset, and when one of my mates asked her if I was her boyfriend, she looked at me then shook her head. How do I get her to admit how she feels, or to tell me why she split up with me

She's elder than me by 3 years, I loved her so much that hopefully she will be my lifetime partner in 2-3 years from now.
