1. Get a makeover- lose weight, change your looks and style so you start attracting people.
2. Get you life back.
2. Ignore your cheat
3. Don't think about the "good" times you had in the past, whatever happened was a con, so you got conned.
4. Think about the good times ahead, no use moping and wasting any more time in life on the grief you are living with.
5. Finally kick the cheat out of you life (if you have not done this already.)

Thoughts of revenge are not going to do you any good at all. The person who cheated on you is carrying on with their life without a though for you, so all these bad thoughts are not hurting them - only yourself. So just forget them and move on knowing that you had a narrow escape, hold your head up high and don't give them the satisfaction of seeing that you are feeling anything but relief to be free of them.

the best and only way to get real revenge is move on and do well for yourself, show them you dont need them and you are happier not being with them. one day theyll look back and regret cheating on you because if they didnt they might still be with you, and it will make them feel like a mug for the rest of their life. thats what i done to my exes who cheated. you could always tell future gfs what he done so they dont trust him and that might teach him a lesson, or...tell him you had a std or got pregnant by him and he will think for the rest of his life he has a child with you that he doesnt know about..my friend said this to an ex of mine and to this very day he still thinks hes a dad lol harsh but funny, theyve only got themselves to blame

have not been cheated on to my knowledge
but my sweetest revenge [on a guy who got to a girl i fancied first]
was unscrewing his floorboards and putting kippers all over his flat which
drove him nuts, and the girl refused to see him again because of his "hygiene" problems !

Go to the gym.
What's going to be worse for them? Seeing you a complete wreck (which would help them justify why they cheated on you) OR seeing you looking the best they've ever seen you? Just imagine what everyone else would say to them, "Oh my God, why would you need to cheat on HIM/HER?!"
They'll spend the rest of their lives kicking themselves.

Well I burned exes clothes and home office paperwork cos I got drunk and had a hissy fit
Hurt me more than him and I lost him... mind you, he didnt really want me anyway.
I got arrested for DUI lost my licence too.
He lost £2000 of designer clothes, paid by me though, his papers and pictures of his family.
You know what I lost most?
My dignity!
Dont bother with revenge.... years later you wont care.
(im mates with the 16 yr old babysitter who got pregnant by my eldests dad..... all in the past now)

ignore them, and be happy. Don't waste you rhealth time and energy giving yourself an ulcer over how to slash their tyres or spray their cars in paint stripper.
When they see how happy you are, they'll wonder why they missed out. The opposite of love is not hate, it is indifference.
