Nobody can answer this question for you sweety, providing that you are both nice people and there has been no badness between you then maybe a 50 50 possibility, but have you even met? does she know you in real life? because if not then id say that chances would be alot slimmer, the best advice i could give you though would be that if you know this girl in real life ask her there, do not do it online, if she rejects you it will be for the world to see, i assume that you are young, maybe this girl has a mean side i do not know, i am playing devils advocate, but if she were to have a mean side would you want all who know you to be able to read whatever she answers back?, be cautious.

First comes the probability of her noticing this strange proposal (To put it mildly), which is worse than one in a hundred million, as you can see, many more people than that use Yahoo answers and many many more questions are posted every single day. Then, there's not much of a chance that she would recognize you, or know whom you're talking about, even if she finds it somehow. And lastly, no one could really predict the outcome of the proposal if she finds it, recognizes you and know whom your talking about unless you know if she really likes you, for which there's no other way than asking her, and doing that will completely defy all necessity for using Yahoo answers to propose to her. I hope you get it?

If I were you I would choose a different way to approach this one dude. You could set yourself up for major public humiliation if it doesnt go the way you are hoping. Plus it could embarrass her and change her outlook of you altogether.

If you actually know the girl in person, as a real live person, tell her in person. If all you know is through Yahoo, that is all you can get.
