If you want their money, stay at home, otherwise, you are on your own.

I don't know the laws in your country so its difficult to answer your question. However, not sure where you plan on going to live and support yourself with a roof over your head, food on the table, clothing, utilities etc.
Your parents are obligated to care for YOU while you are living under their roof and obey the rules of the household. They are not obligated to YOU once you make the decision to move out. This is what we call in the USA wanting your cake and eating it too! It just doesn't work out that way in life.
Don't burn the bridge behind you with your parents, because you will be needing them as you get older and smarter in life. You only have one set of parents.
If life is so difficult for you at home at your age, you are not alone because most teens think their parents are too strick, too mean, don't understand and all that other stuff!
Parents who are overbearing and overprotecting only means they love you very much and don't want anything to happen to you.
Perhaps some family counseling will work in your family so you all can get a better understanding of where you are coming from and where your parents are coming from.
The thing is, is WE do understand because WE were teens also and felt the same way about our parents at one time or another.

Honestly, i dont think your parents will pay if you move out.
If you think that they are to overbearing and you cannot continue schooling under thier roof, then why should they pay your school fees?
Parents generally help you out untill you move out, not for the rest of your life.

I don't know about there but here in the US a child can't move out until he or she is 18 without the parents consent. And the parents here don't legally have to furnish the child with anything more than the necessities to survive. Of course parents normally love their children and give them every advantage they can afford.

You think you are old enough to live on your own but not old enough to support yourself? Sorry, it doesn't work that way.
There isn't a 16yr old alive who doesn't think their parents are overprotective and overbearing. You are not a special case.

A little spoiled are we? If you're grown/adult enough to move out on your own, then you should be grown/adult enough to handle your own finances. Ask yourself, are you; selfish
self centered and ungrateful?

Keep walking into their bedroom at night, tell the neighbours what they say about them, become so unbearable that they beg you to leave.
