I think it depends on what you mean by "turned on."
If I saw my favorite male actor wandering by shirtless, My mouth might water a bit.
Would I do anything with that? No.
In my opinion, fantasies that stay safely in the mind can be fuel for some really passionate moments between committed couples.
To be perfectly clear, if my beloved makes love to me until I need a cup of water, I'm not going to worry overly much if a jogger caught his eye and caused the mood. I'd rather not know that - but I certainly wouldn't be mad to be the recipient!

I think it is because when you have a husband and you have been together any time at all....then you already know what to expect from him in most cases. Maybe if the husband would be unexpected or surprising every once in a while and keep her on her toes then she wouldn't be so mysterious about other men...but this is just my opinion.....from being married for 8 years.

Depends on how long you have been with your husband, sometimes its just the thrill of someone else paying you attention, makes you feel like youve still got the knack!
Could be your husband doesnt give you the attention you want!
Could be that you are just bored with been a wife and have forgotten who you are, and you can be someone else with someone other than your husband.
Sometimes its just cos your husbands still breathing!
Theres a whole heap of emotions involved and not all wives do it!

Just because you eat ice cream doesn't mean that the cake don't look good. And really men do the same thing. To say they don't would be a lie. Men can and do get turned on by another women even when their married. Doesn't mean they want to throw them down and do them.
