Since our confession to tell all , me & my girl Wanted to stay together . Our sex life has been on the blink Once a month type shh ,which is depressing i know . My girl wants to be celibate(no sex) with me &whosoevea, howeva n the meantime ..........whats a man to do ? ,Early when we were talking i stated to her how regular i am SEXUALLY.Maybe i took it for granite.(4yrs later) We BOTH have option that have been explored & current . Ok i`m a sheep & she is apig ( chinese astrology) im the Aries & she`s the Aqarius Some say it could have been the way we were paired-up,howeva our choice to be with each other remains intimate we sleep, shower, ,kissing, holding , fondling one another , might i ad we both sleep naked grinding throughout the night & occassionally enjoying deep/oral Satisfaction , i know usually this type of shh turns ugly & hard to decipher whether its safe/can trusted or not ............ Hi, by considence i found out that my best friend is inlove with me. The problem is that i don't share the same feeling for him, I don't like him at all, al list not for be his girlfriend. Should I end our frienship to evoite him because now that I know that i feel inconfortable around him or when I talk to him. Please answer my question!! I don't know what to do! I dropped by to see my aunt and uncle the other day, uninvited.
They asked me to stay for dinner and I did. As we were sitting down to eat, my uncle asked me what I would like to drink and I said water would be fine. He gave me a glass of water, but it was unchilled water with no ice in it. Room temperature water from the tap. I did not say anything. It's not a real big deal, but I personally would never serve anyone unchilled water unless they asked for it that way.

The reason I stopped by uninivited: They never call me or invite me over. My uncle did say to me one time though that I should just drop by anytime and not worry about being invited.
So I took him at his word and just dropped by without being invited.

Problems with her:

She denies in bed
She says how horny she is for other men constantly
She has sexual intercourse with other men
She is astranged and shows no desire to be around
She acts like sex is a chore and double wammys are a hasle
She makes me close my eyes or cover my face durring sex to avoid intimacy
She used an ex boyfriend for a $3,000 dental procedure
She constantly leaves to goto her mother's house so that she can date or **** other men
She complains bitterly when I spend hundereds of dollars taking her family on an outing if some element of the event isnt perfect.
She constantly complains about my body
She is over weight
She smokes
She constantly takes off the $4,000 ring i got her and says she wont marry me
She says that she feels pressured by her mother to marry me
She rarely is effectionate unless reminded to be
She says that she wants to get married for a while then get divorced and expects lots of money to start her new life with

My husband and I are having real trouble. We argue quite a bit and here lately it's even been in front of the children. Which I know is unacceptable. It's really gotten bad here in the last month or so.
To give some background info. we have two children and we both work full time jobs. I take care of the household chores and children completely. My husband goes fishing, works out and basically does whatever he wants. He comes and goes as he pleases. I do all these things for my children not so much my husband, because I'm fed up at this point. Relationships are 50/50. Now on top of it all he accuses me of cheating on him, which I'm not. How would I have time? To make matters worse he puts me down pretty often. Calling me names, saying I'm fat, washed up, and that no one else would want me because I have stretch marks and two kids. Still yet he expects me to have sex with him at the end of the day. To me this is just rediculous. That all he cares about. Am I wrong?

My brother and his ex-wife have Joint custody. She lives in California, he lives here in Arizona. A week ago they agreed that he would pick them up today and keep them for two weeks in az. Well he drove up there last night, and she said no, you can't take them, after he drove all that way, to be a Biotch.
Can she do that legally? Can he take them for visitation anyways to AZ, they have joint custody?

So here's the story, I've been working at the hospital for some time as a nurse's assistant while going to nursing school. There is a resident doctor that I see every Sunday. He smiled at me and I paid no attention to it at first. Then, the other day I saw him at work again and I smiled...he then asked me how I was doing? Throughout the day, he would come into the nurse's station to do some paperwork and he overheard me talk about this doctor that yelled at me. He turned around and said, "Did you yell back at him?" I got embarrassed and said no but u know what I should have (I blushed). Then he smiled and blushed and said oh, I'm just teasing. Later on at the end of the day, we crossed eachother in the hallway and he smiled and turned red and said, "So did you yell at him yet?" I said, "no, but I'm sure I'll get a chance too (I giggled)". So...is he giving me signs that he likes me? The thing is, my last day at work is next Sun (the day I usually see him) and he doesn't know

I am going to be a freshman next year at NYU. I'm so excited! I just got my schedule from there. I chose my classes and all of that but they chose what time I have classes. My friend says she's never had as busy of a schedule as I have and she's a junior should I be concerned?

My finacee is a great guy who is very loving and caring but can also lose his cool and verbally abuse me. We are due to get married in 3 mths but I am not sure if I should. he has hit me once in the past and even twisted my arm. I told this to my parents who want me to call off the wedding, then his came to know and they were very upset with him.
Now that he's accountable to his parents and mine, and has wept and promised to change can I/should I trust him? He says he lived 24 yrs without me so obvi it will take him time to change. I'm so confused because when he talks in that crude, derogatory manner it is very painful and I feel small (among other things, he has called me a `liar' for petty things; threatened to `smack' me etc.). He has promised to control his language as well and treat me with more respect.
Does anyone know if thats possible? Can he really change? or is it likely to be superficial? Please help! He says he loves me more than life. We've been together for 2 yrs.

If i am going to get into the ''dating'' scene. again...what do men like to talk about? what do they like to hear about? I'm married for three years. But me and my husband always have an argument about his money and assets. He got kids from ex-wives. My mind is already full of his disrespectful words to me like we were just watching t.v. or going out his mind is always about his house when he die his life insurance, money, and house and everything that he owns are for his grown kids and nothing for me. I told him it's okey. I might as well do a post nuptial if the person always torturing my mind and very worried about his assets I might as well give it to them all nothing for me. Now my problem is I found out that he bought family plan life insurance for me. I don't want him also to get anything claims that I don't know that he bought family plan life insurance. I want to void all of them just in case something happen to me I met an accident he too will get nothing from me. It's better equal he told me I won't get anything, he will get nothing. My question is I want to file a post-nuptial agreement

My ex husband and I were divorced in 2001 and I gave up any rights to his pension or Alimony because I was being harassed by his girlfriend and just didn't want anything to do with that whole mess anymore. The problem that I have is that my ex-husband did not mention his life insurance as an asset nor did he mention his military benefits (BAH, BAS, COLA, Special Pay, etc) as part of his income. Courts don't really know about these benefits so they over look them. I knew nothing about military pay, so I was ignorant to those benefits as well. I didn't care for his money but he did promise me that he would keep our kids as beneficiaries of his life insurance in the event of his death, though it was only a verbal agreement. Well, my ex husband passed away last month & I just found out that he removed our kids from his life insurance policy. Do I have a right to dispute who his life insurance is paid to? Can the divorce decree be modified to include the life insurance? Thanks in advance!
