So here's the story, I've been working at the hospital for some time as a nurse's assistant while going to nursing school. There is a resident doctor that I see every Sunday. He smiled at me and I paid no attention to it at first. Then, the other day I saw him at work again and I smiled...he then asked me how I was doing? Throughout the day, he would come into the nurse's station to do some paperwork and he overheard me talk about this doctor that yelled at me. He turned around and said, "Did you yell back at him?" I got embarrassed and said no but u know what I should have (I blushed). Then he smiled and blushed and said oh, I'm just teasing. Later on at the end of the day, we crossed eachother in the hallway and he smiled and turned red and said, "So did you yell at him yet?" I said, "no, but I'm sure I'll get a chance too (I giggled)". So...is he giving me signs that he likes me? The thing is, my last day at work is next Sun (the day I usually see him) and he doesn't know

So...would it be too bold of me to just ask him for a coffee date...we would have to exhance numbers or emails cause we just recently started talking but not to a point of long conversation...at lesast not yet. So, that is my question? Do guys like being asked out? I totally do not want to be rejected but what the hell what do I have to lose? Plus, I'm 23 and still live at home. I've lived on my own for about a year but find it easier to live at home while pursuing my nursing career. Plus, my parents try their very best to treat me like an adult. How do guys feel about old-fashioned young ladies that still live at home...Please try to answer both my questions thanks for your input all of you!
