I'm not very much into any of those fetishes but I do understand that sex is some peoples only major release so they have to get all of that crazy, creative energy out there.

That's a pretty general statement. Is there a particular sexual act or practice you are talking about? It sounds like you might have had a bad experiance with a girl who wanted to do something you are not comfortable with and maybe this lead to your question? I would have to say that if you think of someone's sexual desires as "freakish" then you are not compatable and should not be together.
