I saw this guy that I went to high school with while I was shopping at Fred Meyer the other day. We used to be friends but had a bad falling out. While I was in the frozen dinner aisle, he and his lady friend walked passed me and I heard him make the remark," I wonder what happened to that nappy-headed black ***** that used to harass me in school, refering to me. HE was the psycho that harassed me and my sister back in school. I didn't say anything to him. I just let him go. When I got home and told my mother and my sister and they said I did the right thing, but my dad and my buddies said I should have cussed him out. What do you guys think I should have done? Should I have said something to the jerk?

ok, so she is getting me a tattoo. i know, i know, its not that romantic, but i been wanting one for a while so she is gonna pay for it. The question is, what can i get her???? we have the rings and all, and the weeding is gonna be kind of small, just a few friends at home for a BBQ afterwords. My husband and I are going through a lot of things and I"m really just tired of his ways he doesn't work and he doesn't really help me out around the house. I used to date my friends brother and he and I have been spending some time together. However he is married just like me and he and his wife are not getting along. He just moved back in with her and I don't know what to do because I'm always thinking about him but I'm not sure if he feels the same way. I would like to leave my husband for him but I think it will not end up the way I want. So what should I do because it's hard for me to stop calling him and each time we can't talk because it's hard for me to get away from my husband he is always around and in my face 24/7 he won't let me got out with my friends or anything so how should I fix my problem?

When my husband comes home from work, I never let him see me in sloppy looking clothes and or my pajamas, my hair is always brushed and styled nicely. Never does a complaint come out of my mouth; I prefer to discuss it with him instead.
The meal is always on the table unless otherwise decided; somedays we order out. I never allow him to help me with the housework and or help raise the kids; though he is a wonderful dad. I go out of my way to do these things for him as I belieive it is my honor and pleasure. I am always at the ready to do as he would have me to do.

Ive never been turned down in my life and i fell for a guy whos not all that lookswise. When i asked him out he laughed at me lol, its funny even thinkin about it. Good lookin guys never turn me down let alone this type. What do you think is going on here? Do you feel like you've given way more to others than you've received? I've never been married or had children, but over the years I've spent thousands on family members, neighbors, friends, coworkers - on their wedding showers, weddings, baby showers, their kids' graduations, their kids weddings, showers, etc etc.

I've never been married or had kids, and am finding myself getting a bit bitter. Guess what, I'd enjoy getting money for a nice trip, or a new toaster or towels. Single people like that stuff too, are only married people worthy?

I won't do it, but now and then think about having a quickie wedding/divorce, just so I can reap tables laden with decorated gifts, and envelopes containing cash so I can go on a cruise somewhere.

I don't like feeling this way. I gave all those gifts because I wanted to. I wish others wanted to give to me.

Can any of you relate?

Was talking about this with some friends today. Say you mess around with someone whom you KNOW is taken - they make no bones about it. And then as time goes by feelings develop and y'all want to have a relationship with each other.

Do you think you can trust this person to not cheat on you? Personally I don't think you can.

I will be graduating with my MBA in Economics in a week. When it comes to choosing a boyfriend, I find it a necessity that he has the same education that I have or more.

If a guy has a less of an education than I do, then I tend to look down on them. Am I being too picky?
