Well I am at home, but not sick. My husband works and I work from home. I wish I hadn't woken at 5 a.m. though!
Get some rest if you can and have soup and bread. That always calms my tummy.

Sleep helps. soreness killers artwork too. i like to rub some lavender oil on my temple and lay down with the two a cool washcloth over my eyes or a heating pad or warm water bottle on my neck. It relies upon how the migraine impacts you i assume. basically attempt to loosen up.

I am a stay at home mom, and my 9 month old is sleeping.My husband works real hard so I dont have to.Hope you feel better.
