At lunch,my friend came up to me and said she had babd news and good news.She told me that her cruch asked her out and i belived her(he really did) ans she said that the bad news was that her crush was taking a friend.so she asked me to go with her.I said yea and she was really excited.I live my her crush and his friend so she asked if she could come over to my house, and then her crush and his friend would walk us to the movie. i asked my mom and she said yes, but then i told her about the movie and she said i wasn't old enouph to go on a double date! it's not a double DATE!!!we still have until friday night to figure it out!we need to change the date of it becuase i cant on sat.!What should i do??And i want my friend to ask her crush if he can take my crush and not his friend!HELP!

My ex and I had a huge falling out when our relationship ended. Much was said and done and we both acted out in anger. When I tried to talk to him and confront him, he deleted my emails and didn't want to talk to me anymore. I let it go and time has passed...it always bothered me and I called him and apologized but I got really emotional and told him I would email him and to please not delete it. Well...he has been online, yet the email says "unread". Does this mean he is considering it?
I want things to be ok between us, without any anomosity. We went thu alot and I helped him thru so much. Has time made him think? Or does he not care. He knows we cannot go back to the way things were...but I wanted to see if we can get past this and remain friends, he also is aware of this. Please just tell me if you were him how would you feel. I mean he could have deleted it like the rest.

Im15, And i Live with my friend's mom, what happend is my parents sort of left me with her and my friend left to go to college and im stell liveing with her and shes pretty good looking, anyways in my room i like to be naked and i even watch tv naked and anyways i was siting there watching tv and she walk't in at fiirst she did'nt see me and then she ask't me to get my dirty cloths so i just got up and gave them to here and now shes fine with it and i ask't her if it was ok if i walk around the house naked and she said ya its fine and then she ask't me if it was ok to if she did it to, and i was like ya and now we even watch movies to gather, and i love it but is it wrong???

And like im allways hard and i dont know if she notics it??

She's really stressed out over a bunch of stuff - like work, taking me to my games and practices, taxes, and she just had surgery about a month ago and she still doesn't feel well. But she gets mad over every little thing now. She'll just start yelling at me and saying things that make me wanna cry. Everytime I try to talk to her or suggest someone else drive me to my games and stuff she yells at me even more. I think the best thing might be to stay away from her, but it's kinda hard since I can't drive yet. What can I do?

My daughter is 20 (almost 21) and has two kids 2 yrs and 9 mo. We have repeatedly taken her in, bought her a car (which she sold) and have supported her and her kids. She is disrespectful, doesn't pick up after herself, and we are sick of it. Oh and the two kids have different fathers and neither pay child support.

She has no high school diploma, no job, and nowhere else to go and yet she still refuses to do her share. We want to drop her off at the homeless shelter but we're guilty about granchildren.

Im taking my exwife to court because she hasn't let me see my kids in 3 years. I know why wait so long, well after I pay my child support and rent, food, gas,taxes and so on I haven't had enough money to file to get into court. needless to say I cant hire a lawyer either, she has taken me to court multiple times for various things up to and including molesting my daughter's, but I have always proven her to be lying and tell the court each time she is not following the court ordered visitation schedule. So do I have a chance of getting my rights upheld?

It's little stuff, and I feel like such a "bridezilla" but it's my wedding, and shouldn't it be how I want? The main issue is shoes. I am a short person and both of my bridesmaids are tall. I said that I wanted them to have short shoes that way if I got tall shoes they wouldn't overshadow me. One bridesmaid has been a doll and understands, but the other talked me into paying for shoes that are taller than the ones that I got. I was trying to be fair, but it just keeps bugging me. (I'm not making them pay a penny for this stuff either) Do you think that I'm being unreasonable?

Today I viewed my leave and earning statement and noticed that I have a garnishment of $323.46. I contacted payroll and they informed me that a garnishment of $646.00/month has been ordered against me. I contacted the Child
Support Agency and I was informed that I had a hearing on March 8, 2007. Enforcement was effective April 10, 2007. I was not aware of this because I transferred from the state of California December 28, 2007. My ex told the court that I make $5600/month this is untrue as I only make $2700.00 and I have my wife and two children living with me. I have sent the documentation along with my last two check stubs. I was told this can take a week to get a hearing - what are my chances this being lowered. The proposed judgement was for $250/month this is what I can afford.

His wife stood there and let him punch me and didnt do nothing. I'm pretty sure he beats her cause thats all he used to do to me. He don't pay child support and he stands the kids up so thats why I don't let him get the kids often. What should I do?

I am set to be married in a week. This is my second marriage whereby I have 2 kids from previous marriage. My new husband is 9 years younger then me! And I am 5 month pregnant with his child. He treats me great, I never had a man that was so good to me. I never met anyone with whom I had such a great understanding, love, etc. I am happy. My kids are happy. BUT, I am scared that when I get older he will loose interest and leave me for a younger woman. I didnt feel like this before pregnancy. On the other hand, we didnt plan to marry then. I mean we talked about it, but weren't going to do it for couple of years. I am older, I make more money, he gains more by being with me then I (in terms of finances, etc). I trust him, but I am just constantly paranoid that he wont be with me until the end. I even became a jelous person (i never was like this before). I dont know how to control it. We walk together and I NOTICE younger girls. Its crazy...How do I stop it? Why is this happening?

my husband has drank so much through our marriage and has hit me and the kids and he has changed and in rehab now but cps is involved now cause of him they say he can come back but has to go to classes he is better i have seen him just dont know what to do cause if this does happen they will take the kids. I still love him and dont know what to do it hurts so much i know i cant let him come back but it just hurts so much and i dont know how to get over it
