If he has a pulse, is heterosexual and has opportunity he wants to make out with you - there is really no question there, in my experience.
The question is how do you let him know that you want to. They are all just waiting for one of us to give them the signal that it is ok to approach. Touch him - on the back, on the arm - innocently at increasing intervals, and when everyone is comfortable with that, look him in the eyes while your hand is on his arm. That tells him you are interested and he will find the opportunity usually. If he is not interested he will not respond and may stay away from your touch - then you know.
Conversly, if you do not want to, don't touch him and avoid eye contact. Of course none of this tells you if he has feelings for you. It just means he wants to make out with you. The idea is that you are not going to go from no physical contact to kissing, you gradually build up and respectfully make sure everyone is comfortable.

He'll look deeply into your eyes, like those cheesy movies on TV. You can choose to look away, and forget the awkward moment, or keep staring right back. :)
Also, when we're thinking about kissing a person, we'll naturally stare at the persons lips. The blood vessels are also said to dilate, making the lips ultra sensitive to touch when we think about kissing. So he might unconsciously touch his lips.

This is usually a question the guy has about a woman. Most guys will make this quite obvious. If your as attractive a I think you are, believe me, the guy will let you know if he doesn't make the move first. Go with your gut instinct if worse comes to worse

Okay, if he smiles, gets close to you - he's waiting for a sign. You can lean closer and close your eyes for a second, and then open them to see if he's moving in - if he is, SHUT THEM AGAIN! If he's not, you can pass it off as dry eyes or being tired.
But the best, and simplest way really is: His lips will be against yours.

One really easy way to tell, especially if he has light-colored eyes, is to watch his pupils. If he finds you sexually attractive, then his pupils will dilate when he looks at you. I once discovered that a guy friend secretly had a crush on me because his pupils got dramatically bigger whenever he looked in my direction (yes, I confirmed it with him later).

Try kissing him first. If you like it push your body against his and move his hands over your body. If he doesn't run, then you're already making out. It's that easy.

If a guy wants to make out with you, they will do it on their own unless they are really shy. That is when you have to make the move.

You will know, if he wants to bad enough then he will. That is if you are sending signals that you want him to. Do you want him to? Let him know with your body language, this may take the edge off of him if he is shy or not sure of himself.

it depends on how you are. i am not shy so i will just ask them if they do or not. if you are you can get a friend to ask or simple signals he could show. like if he says something related to kissing maybe he does.
