Okay i really like this kid and our dance is coming up. This kid will most likely make a move and i really dont know how to make out!?!? like how do i kno if im doing it right.!.This still may seem weird but do i use my tongue?!?!

Yes, you use your tongue!!!! There are tasteful Web sites that cover the mechanics of French kissing, I'm sure you can find one.
One or both of you is doing something wrong if there's saliva dribbling. Otherwise if you're enjoying it you have the mechanics right!!!! It's likely this kid will make amateur mistakes, too, so don't be so self-conscious, and speak up if something isn't right, like pushing too hard, neck at an awkward angle, etc.
The most important factor for enjoying any contact like this is that you want to be doing it in the first place, and for good reasons, not because you're pressured, showing off, etc. If the emotions are in synch then mechanics are secondary, in spite of what the media might say or imply.

When you are young you are not expected to be the worlds greatest kisser!
Personally, I would have to say no tongues on the first kiss, that would've freaked me out for a first!

might not wanna use your tongue on the first kiss...try this though: don't pucker up too much, then move in - kiss his upper lip, then move down and kiss his lower lip, then maybe try, like, biting gently on his lip or maybe sucking on it.
depends on your age though. I mean, if you're so young that you really don't know how to kiss then maybe you shouldn't be making out with a guy you've never kissed before...

Nobody knows how to make out the first time. It will come naturally. I suggest taking your time before you get physical with this guy. You sound young you have lots of time for making out. Get to know each other first. Go out on dates. Make sure he likes you for you before you start making out with him.
