My husband basically abandonded me in January. He filed for divorce a month later. I originally told him I will pay for the utilities - then I got the gas bill and it was too much for me to handle. I am asking him to pay only for half of the gas bill - is he legally required to pay it? I do have a lawyer but I am curious to get opinion and other answers...

I am getting out the miltary with a OTH. We need to get on our feet I am married with a stepdaughter only thing I can afford right now is a house that needs roomates our lease ends on April 13, 2007 I am 28 and my wife is 42 my stepdaughter is 12 and currently in middle school. we have two pitbulls is this a good Idea? she be trippin all the time need to make good points when we arruge about this idea :)

Ok, it's not that serious of an issue, I just want to know if I have the right to be angry. My boyfriend had some personal issues he had to attend to this week. Well the issues cleared up by monday so he could've gone to work tuesday and wednesday. He decided since he already had it approved that he was going to take time off anyway (which is fine cause his job sucks!) Anyway, the issue being is that my uncle died last month and was really difficult, I asked him to come with me to the funeral but he said he couldn't because it was short notice (which i understand) and because he didn't have the PTO at work. But this month he can take off just because? What do you think? Do I have reason to be angry or should I just drop it?

so, i have a friend that i have been knowing since grade school. we recently have started talking more. he has a baby and a fiance. he constantly wants to talk. he even told me that he can tell me things he would never tell his fiance. he told me that he had the hugest crush on me when we were younger. i love him (as a friend) and i want to remain his friend. would us talking this much upset his fiance if she found out? i think i would be rather upset if the man i had a baby for were reminiscing with someone he used to have feelings for. what do i tell him? do i keep on talking to him? or do i tell him it's not a good idea that we talk so much? give me some kind of comfort, please!

The question I have are about the people who do not RSVP. My maid of honor is doing an awesome job and she sent me a list of the people who did respond, however I know of several who mentioned they were coming and did not RSVP to her. Should I contact those people and ask them to please let her know if they are attending? I know she is trying to get an accurate head count for everything. I just want to help her out, but I don't want to pester my friends and family. What do I do?

We have been together for 3 years.
He tells me that he doesn't think he loves me b/c he doesn't feel it. Everytime we get into an argument he blames it on me and ends up telling me that I will end up alone (w/out him, breakup). He has been hitting me, pushing, pulling my hair, whenever he get mad at me. He says he will never change being rude until I change my behavior. I have been trying to improve myself but he still complaining. The other day we were playing around and I barely touched his face and he ended up punching me which made me fall straight to the tile floor, I almost broke my jaw bone. The next day after I called him crying, he apologized and came over to take care of me. Now I don't know what to do? I don't think I make him happy and I feel like he just steps all over me. Should I leave? We have been in counseling for about 4 months, the relationship has improved somewhat but he just doens't want to stop being rude. He always blames it on me and my behavior.

One of my friends ashley is really annoying and i am afraid that if i try to tell her shes annoying she will get upset with me. the last time i tried to tell her she sucked at badminton in gym class she got upset and told the teacher on me and i dont know what to do!! i just might need a way to tell her that shes annoying . she will probally go to the guidance counciller on me and tell him that i told her that shes annoying but i cant help it, and also she lies alot. like today she told me and my friends that she had a horse and then my friend cavelle who knows alot about horses asked her all these questions and then she didnt know what anything meant and she looked really bad like it was so obvious that she was lieng, you could just see from her actions ! She also said before that she got her drivers license in korea !! what should i do its really getting on my nerves!

I never told my ex. bf that he got me pregnant is now the father of my 5.5 yr old son because i wanted to avoid problems.He was really immature at the time .Anyway i graduated from college and got married to a nice guy .Everything was suburban paradise but we were trying to get pregnant for almost 2 yrs. This put a lot of strain on our relationship causing a lot of fights he wanted us to have a baby to complete our family.He started accusing me of trying to prevent pregnancy which was not the case.Results were alot of fights and seperation for a year. I had a fling by chance during the seperation with my ex.bf (son's bio-dad )who is married was going through what my hubby and i had with fertility problems stress his wife wanted a baby badly.I was lonley and wanted someone to talk too i ended it because i felt the affair was wrong.Damage was already done though i am now 7 months pregnant with his child again.

I met this guy on online last June, we have never met but we have an amazing friendship and connection with each other. We can talk about anything. Just last night he told me I was his best friend. BUT we have planed at least 3 occasions for us to meet and he has backed out every time. Last night he told me he was scared of meeting me b/c we have such a good friendship and he hasn’t had a good friend in a long time and he was afraid if we took it further it might mess up what we have...my question is.

Why dont he REALLY want to meet me? I mean, if he keeps giving me the run around saying he sacred of meeting me I'm just going to move on. I hate to lose him as a friend but I want to see who’s this guy I have such a good connection with. I dont know what to do.

Ok, before you start maybe I am paranoid and I am not saying my bloke is shallow in anyway..........this is mainly a curiousity question to all you ladies............

I am a UK size 14 and weigh 11 stone, I have never had any problems getting men and I do get compliments and I do consider myself as good looking (no am not being big headed). I sometimes find mysef comparing myself to my fella's ex-wife......she was slim (UK 10) used to model (topless & Sunday Sport years ago) and had a large bust.....and was pretty until a couple years ago when alcoholism took over.

Why do we compare ourselves ?? Do men do the same ??
