is it hard for girls there in america to get cams for the internet , i am talking especially about that time before 18 , like 17 years and some months ,,,, in if it is hard ,,, why? ...........and what about mics ?

no it's not.
It depends on the parents, if they will let their daughter get cams or mics. A lot of girls under 18 do have them. I wouldn't recommend it though.
