Sounds legally difficult to understand the meaning but simply means no more chance of getting back together based on the stated grounds of the divorce. There is a saying that once a crystal is broken no matter how you glue the broken pcs. together the crack still remain and can still be seen. Once you have marital differences which are the grounds of your divorce they are clearly irreconcilable otherwise why would a divorce be filed?

It means that they are breaking their vows of better or worse. They are giving up not willing to honor the promises made because it is just too difficult for them and they want to start over with someone else.

Irreconcilable differences is a fancy way of saying we fight all the time and refuse to yield to the other party both taken the "I'm right" position. Arguing and Arguing until they are blue in the face have said too many terrible things and want to quit.

Quitters!

It means there was no real reason for the divorce. They shouldn't have married in the first place. They don't want to be married now. And so they took the easy way out of a lifetime commitment to each other and just walked away.

It is just another way to say that the couple do not get along and want out of the marriage. It is the most common form of divorce proceedings because it avoids all the more legitimate reasons like adultery, battery or assault(unreported).

Neither person is a "bad" person, they just can't live together. There is no other reason, except, they don't love each other & want to be somewhere else. In some states that is the only reason for a divorce other than abuse.

It means that they had differences that could not be reconciled, fixed, resolved. They just simply didn't get along. In Hollywood terms it means that they dont understand the concept of marriage (which is for life) due to plain ole' immaturity and just "didnt love the person anymore".

This means the couple involved are unable or unwilling to reach an agreement regarding their differences. There is no halfway point they can reach to arrive at a mutual solution to resolve whatever differences are involved.
