Why don't you call a spa in her area and set her up a relaxing afternoon? You could pay over the phone and then just send her there! The best gift I ever received was a massage and facial!

if you are realy a girl and you have a friend who is also a girl so best gift for her birthday is to tell good point of her nature what she realy posses which will help her to be more confidend in her future and you will becom her friendfor ever but please do not tell good for just sack of showing that you are appreciting her.so buy
