I am 22 yrs old i just graduated from college and have been married for only 4 months.My marriage is having a lot of problems because many things were not brought up till after our marriage.I have a son who is four years old from a prior relationship he new this.We got married after 2.5 yrs of dating we never talked about the past really.I have never told anyone who my sons bio-dad is not even the guy and never thought it would come up.Unfortunatley it did come up last week while at a wedding run-through for one of my hubbys old friends from high school.It turned out to be my sons bio-dad i had no clue they even new each other.I freaked and told this private info to my hubby because he new something was up already.He got extremley angry left our hotel room ect.Last night while at a pre wedding dinner for his friend he drank a lot and we got into a fight outside.His friends mom heard everything and now my hubby has filed for divorce?

I just recently got married and my daughters want to change their last name to my new last name. Their father doesn't have custody and he only see's them when they want to go down and visit. He pays half of the child support which he was ordered to pay. He owe's over 5 grand in back child support. I want to change my girls last name, but will this interfere with the child support or ??? Please tell me how to go about this. Thanks for any help.

i have these friends who i don't know if are bad influence or not, a lot of people are saying they are but they always have my back when i'm in trouble but still ever since i met them (which was last year) i've been failing my classes, are they to blame?
They're other groups that i can hang out with and still have as much fun (or even more) and get motivated to pass my classes

since your divorce...loss of wholeness...missing the family unity...outings...togetherness...feeling like buried above ground...even missing the realtionship with the ex as stressful as it became...missing all the good things between us and our son...sharing all of that when it was good...realizing past mistakes...no cheating, drugs or violence...more neglect yet still deep love then...feeling it all loss since the divorce...4 years ago...what is one to do to get out of this state of being buried above ground? knowing all of this...

He talks to this one particular female that he's known for like 4 or 5 years. She has a boyfriend and has kids, I've never met her or really know anything about her. She and my husband talk on the phone, usually on his lunch breaks when he's at work or they text eachother. I don't see him talking to her infront of me, only one time when we were at the mall when she called and he told her he was with me shopping and he will call later. She called him back later that night. Why would she call back after telling her he would call her. I do feel unconfortable about her calling alot. He doesn't pick up the phone when she calls when he's at home with me. Just one time when I was in the bedroom. I asked questions about her and he told me there just friends. I mean I don't have a problem of him talking to her, but not all the time. He doesn't volunteer anything about her. I seen his phone records and text messages. I don't answer his calls as he rather have it ring. I don't know what to do?

I have a great conundrum, i m 30yr old male. I have been dating but afraid to move on because of one medical problem that i have. I have a leaking valve in my heart due to which i have to get an open heart surgery sooner or later and may have to get that valve replace with an artificial one. I have been to few doctors and they say its not a big deal as its common surgery these days. But I cant seem to past the fact that i have a damaged heart and anything can happen before, during or after a heart surgery. How do i tell this to her, lets say i met her on from online dating sites. or someone who i start caring about. When do i say it on first date, 2nd date. WHEN and HOW, how do i not make it such big deal that people around me are convincing me to believe???

I have been friends with this guy for about 6 weeks now (we work next door to each other & have the same friends). 2 weeks ago he finally asked me out, only problem is he is flying to America for 3 months to do voluteer work. He says he is really going to miss me & wants to continue seeing me when he gets back, but that at the moment 3 months in the future seems like a long time away. This was something he had planned for a long time before he met me. When we are together we get on great & I will really miss him, we have both said that we will keep in touch all the time while he's away (this is 1 of the things he keeps going on about) but rather than hold each other back we will see how things go when he gets back, not promises sort of thing. I do know that he is being sensible but ust wonder...

What are the chances of it working out? Is he just not wanting to jump into something so soon or is he just not interested?

Basically has anyone ever been here & did it work out for you?

ok so its tuesday during spring break. i called my girlfriend around 9:00 like i always do. She sounded depressed so i asked her wats wrong. I am so hurt, and I don't know how to handle this. We have been married for 21/2 years, and just recently I discovered a side of my husband that frightened the heck out of me. It seems that while I am at work (he is temporarily working from home), or at night when I go to bed (and he says he will be upstairs after he catches the news), he has been visiting "erotica" sites-not photos, or videos, just reading stories. I have always been there for him, in have never, ever refused him. I am always asking him to tell me what he wants, or show me what he likes. I am open to his suggestions. Now I am not dead and I realize this stuff can be arousing...but why does he have to go there when I am so willing to please? And (here's the kicker), between these cybervisits, he has been "searching" on google for ex girl friends, and his ex wife. I also discovered that he has been having an ongoing (weekly) conversation with an ex girlfriend who is single and works locally. I want marriage to work!

I have this 17 yr old step-daughter and as a gift my husband wants to buy her a class ring, so we had her choose the style and what she wants on it, but we are on a budget and have 6 other children and have purchased the 10kt white gold instead of 14kt white gold a $130.00 difference, she is complaining and whining and says that it's our obligation to buy her what she wants and needs, because her father promised her. She been living with us for almost a 1 1/2 years because her mother moved to Texas and she wanted to stay and finish school, she has made us feel that we have to do it because her dad owes it to her.

ok their is this boy i really like and we avoid each other but at this ball his mate kept on saying ask him to dance with me and that he says im having a good time but i said i dont want to ask him to dance and his mates keep on embarrassing me around him, but the thing me and this boy neva lyk talk to each im not sure wht this means, ive said hi hi to him and he responds but we never go up to each other and talk, do you think he fancies me or hes not intersted? he knows i like him and his mates embarrass me in front of him and he doesnt do anything. and his mates talk about him to me when i go up to them. and another thing he talks to other girls more but when hes around me he doesnt talk to me that much i feel left out and sometimes he says oh i like her as a mate but im shy around, and evrytime i see him he looks down or allover the place, just dont know what it means can you help. he never been out with a girl before and everyone says i should move on that he doesnt fancy me.

we have been together for 5 yrs and live together with his 7 yr old son from his previous marriage. he says he doesnt believe in marriage and does not want to get married ever. he says that the only reason that he got married b4 was so that his son could obtain brittish citizenship(mother is slovakian). she says different, that he begged her to marry and was crying at the wedding( which he admits to cying).in the past he used to say things like, "one day i am gonna make you my wife" and " imagine what speach your dad will say at our wedding". i ask him about this now and he says that he doesnt know why he said those things. i do everything for this guy, i am a mother to his son, i cook, i clean, i am faithful and committed and have supported us the majority of our relationship. but i am 28 now and all my friends are getting married and having babies and he doesnt even like to talk about it. i am so hurt that i have found the man i love and want be with and i question he feels the same?

Okay so i'm dating this guy right...its been 5 days today...anyways the only time i get to see him is of the mornings before school...and on my way to 4th block....Well this morning i was a little busy doing something so my friend went to where he normaly stands..and he like runs away from her...then i finish and we go back and he like walks away from me not even looking at me....ok so he goes outside with this chick that is just his friend (she likes him and knows that we are dating but she like pulls him away and goes somewhere else)....so i leave and go to my friends and just hang out...well he comes back and pulls my best friend to the side and was like im stressed out im afraid ill hurt her and stuff just let me do what i do of the mornings then ill come see yall so she was like ok and then told me...Do i have the right to be upset or what do i need to do please help me!!
