this is what she said
James, I've been thinking... would u ever consider dating other people? We wouldn't break up, we'd just have sort of an open relationship. Because, as hard as this is, it's going to be a long time before we ever see eachother again. You don't have to do this. I just want u to be happy and i want u to date whoever u want. I know there must be at least one girl you've had your eye on. Please don't feel bad. I won't be jealous at all, i promise.
But like i said, if you're too uncomfortable to date other people, you don't have to. I don't want to break up with u. I want u to live a happy life without worries about what i'll think. If we see eachother in the future at all, then i know we'll be happy. Right now, i want u to do whatever u want. I just think it's time to face the truth. It's probably going to be at least 3 years before i even have a CHANCE of seeing you again. Have u been thinking about this too?
Please please please james, PLEASE be happy and i'm telling u, i won't be jealous or mad if u want to date other people. How can we go three years without ONE DATE? I want u to date other people. Who says we can't and then find eachother later?

baby, i still love u so much and u mean everything to me. You're my best friend and the person i'm closest to. I mean it. Please do this for me.

i love u so much omg SO MUCH.

I posted and asked a question earlier about good wives it was not read through by most those that did say the following most often "we both have to work, no time for a relationship, we just never can have this time together" I find this disheartening and want some ideas how to free up a two income family for more relationship time this is a tall order I know but think you had time for this when you were dating why not now that you are commited has it really changed that much one thing I say is you should be married at least a year before trying to have a kid so you can enjoy each others company before you get a family involved.

I was with him for 8yrs we where engaged we hadn`t seen each other for 4yrs then out of the blue he phones me at work to say hi and that him and his wife are moving back to Blighty.
He really hurt me in the past but for some reason we have an incredibly strong bond and i can`t forget about him.

I still love my ex husband. We barely talk anymore. He called me about a week ago. Saying he was sorry and he knows he messed up and bla.bla.bla but didn't directly say he wanted to resolve probelms ( we are divorced no children ) I hung up on him and said That this was too hard for me and I could never forgive him and said bye. Two days later his current GF calls me asking what's his deal still with me, I told her there was nothing there anymore. and she told me he is moving in w/ her and so on and so on and pretty much complaining on him? saying he's a bad liar, saying he's not that good hearted person whatever. So then she tells me the only reason why he married me was because she broke up with me one day prior to that. (so confusing)
But that's a short verison, so after that he calls me up and tells me he hates me and that he wants no part of me, and hes trying to move on, i got fiesty and said I already moved on, and i dont care. but in reality i haven't and i still do?

my boyfriend and I have been together for a year and a half. we live together. He has suffered from depression for years even before I met him, and since the beginning of our relationship it has caused him to not be able to hold down a job and function. He's anti social, and it worries me. I love him very much, but i really wonder if he is good for me, I'm trying to go back to school and I have been working and paying the bills. When we talk about things he is quick to bring up my faults, when I don't even think they are on the same scale. we all have our faults. He complains that I don't show him love and cuddle or anything, and honestly, I'm not attracted to him when he is this way, I want a man, not a blubbering baby. But when we met, his tender side is what attracted me to him. am I just a dumb ***** that doesn't know what I want? or is this really a problem of his and he needs to fix it? I'm at a loss, I just know that it makes me depressed and miserable.

What happens if the reason that he fell out of love with you because you weren't yourself or the person he did fall in love with in the first place. I wasn't myself for the last year (we were living together this year) of a 3 year relationship because of me being scared of losing him. I did extreme measures to make him happy, like being available to him all the time, letting him do what he wants avoiding any serious conflict (basicly losing my independence and identity). The reason why i did this was because he had committment issues in the past with me which made me think that if did everything to make him happy i won't lose him, but then he dumps me teliing me that he wasn't happy in the last couple of months and doesn't feel the same way by doesn't know why. I still love him and I regret in what I have done (in my case in losing myself first and then second, losing him)

My bf moved back to Turkey in October last year to work as an engineer. In January I moved to Bodrum,Turkey+took a great job in real estate. This is where the problems started.

My boyfriend lives in another city.He insisted that he meet me at the airport even though I explained to him that the company had arranged everything...I just wanted to feel settled. He keeps visiting at short notice and I feel bad saying no all the time. To cut it short- I've been here 10 weeks and he's visited 5 times.

The first 2 weeks he called me every day without fail, just complaining about his job, which really wore me out. He left the company and is looking for a job.He wants to apply to my company, but I said 'no'. We had an argument the other day and he called me selfish.

He called my company this morning cos he couldn't reach me on my mobile all yesterday. I thought it was a bit weird.

We used to be so happy but I'm really starting to get cold feet about this whole relationship.

Actually I will give you TWO since you opened this up to read it.
A. Being honest with us women will go a million times further then lieing ever would. And yes guys, even in that area.
B. A man who is sensative to our emotional needs (not just chocolate needs) is very likely to get, shall we say, treated VERY nicely.
Are there any questions?

My dad moved away when I was 6 to live in Africa. Recently he has moved back to London. We talked on e-mail every so often, but last easter he asked me to go on holiday and I said I couldn't go. He then didn't contact me again. I didn't get an xmas card or present, but suddenly in Feb he started ringing our house. He sent me a Valentine's day card and then he stopped ringing. However on Saturday night he left a message on our phone again. I don't know whether I want to talk to him or not. I mean he's my dad and part of me loves him and I want to talk to him, but the other part of me feels like he hasn't been a part of my life for years, so why should he come marching in now? Should I talk to him? My mum just keeps saying it's my choice, but I'm so confused.

Okay I am starting to see a guy that is 6'6'' and really thin. I'm expecting him to have an enormous "johnson" although I haven't seen it or felt it, he is just so tall. I've never had anything in me larger than 7 and not much girth. Too be honest i'm afraid of the pain that it may cause. Is there anything i can do to ease the pain?

Does anybody take this into consideration when getting into a relationship?
Have any of you taken notice to how your partner treats their ex. I observed my now ex, treating her first husband like he was not even human. I should have taken notice, but thought "she would never treat me that way" but we are now split, and sure as hell, she is treating me the same exact way. I will pay attention in the future to how someone treats their ex We have a kid together, it would be easier for all involved if she could get over the idea of ex's are to stomped on. I think how someone treats their ex's is important.

We both have great jobs. Currently I make more money, but that could change shortly (husbands pending promotion). He will have better career opportunities in our current city of residence. I would have a better future half way across the country. We both want careers and childrena re not part of our future plans. Who winns?

My female friend has been in a long distance relationship with a guy for a bit over a year....He can only come to see her rarely but they seem in love. Her complaint is that he has never given her any sort of gift. She insists its not the material aspect she is after .
He came recently after her not having seem him for quite a long stretch and she had some gifts prepared for him. She was quite wounded he came and left without giving her anything. He is well off by the way...
My first reaction was to tell her that he is the one coming to see her so he does incur travelling expenses, hotel and such...but she keeps insisting this has nothing to do with how expensive the gift is, just the thought....I really don't know what to tell her? What do you think?
