I know this is a big no no to kids, but hear me out.your friend is suffering from battered women syndrome.from all indications her bf has self esteem the size of a pea.the only thing left to do before he gravely injures her is get her parents involved. She may hate you at first but would learn to forgive you.

I would tell her parents and your parents. Because if something ever happens to her, and it probably will unfortunately the adults in her life will know about it. Try talking to a school counselor about doing a group discussion on abuse. There is a lot of material that teachers and counselors have access to in which to share with girls who might be in this type of relationship.

while your concern is appreciated, there is nothing much you can do if your friend is acting on her own free will. You can take her to a cousellor but no one can help ( incase if thats what she needs) until she herself decides what good for her.
