The guy I liked just found out I like him, but I dont like him anymore, and practically the whole year knows and no one will listen to me!! HELP!

The best thing to do is let this blow over - these kinds of things always do. Whatever you do, don't over-defend the fact that you don't like him anymore or it will just seem like a cover-up. Just shrug it off and say "yeah I use to" and then move on. Don't treat it like a big deal and hopefully it won't be treated like one.

Okay, first of all knowing won't do him no good in the first place. Knowing some information and not utilizing its significance will lead to nothingness.
If he does start to make moves, give him subtle hints that you are not interested anymore. Don't be cruel and say it straight out, but since he just found out there is much opportunity to prevent any kind of relationship. Just make sure you still omit human courtesy... but don't go too deep. I highly recommend you try to limit flirting with him or else it could lead to something far more tedious and troublesome to deal with.
If you follow those guidelines, you'll be set. Just chill and relax. Everything will be fine if you reason your way through it. It's far too early to start panicking. As I've read once in a relationship book, don't sweat the small things.

Just tell him in a nice way. It isn't the end of the world and people change, especially if they have never really gotten to know each other. I don't imagine it will bother him much either way.
