i'm seriously getting frustrated with her. i've known her for forever, since she was 2 and i was 4. i'm now 25. she went to college down at virginia tech, we're both from the dc area. she's been dating this girl for about 4 years now, i've even been asked to be the maid of honor in their wedding. well, she has really been slacking in the friend department lately. first she hardly comes to visit anymore, and if she does, she either stays in maryland so she can go out partying, or she shows up at 11pm, knowing i have work at 9 the next morning, so i usually have to go to bed at 1-2am the latest. then she gets me this cheap xmas present when i spend 100 on her AND her girlfriend, and she doesnt even get my bf anything (we've been dating 4 years, so he's not just some new guy). but i know for a fact that her girlfriend is a manager at a sub shop and she has a full time job, and their own house, so its not like they are broke.

ok...so i posted on Monday about the b/f putting his hand over my face while i was sleeping. everyone said to dump him. now am trying to do that but he WILL NOT go away. he actually came over last nite...i asked him to leave...he looked at me and said "no, you can't make me". (He is 40 by the way)...so I went out to my patio, saw the police driving by our apts and walked out to the road to talk to them. I was told that unless he knowingly tries to inflict bodily harm on me, they really can't make him leave. Said that the sleep "thing" was probably just an accident. I told them I didn't want him there, they told me sorry. So I guess as long as you aren't hurting anyone, you can just go live in their house and they can't do $hit about it. Talked to our apt manager, asked them to change the locks and they said they would put in "on the list" but not to expect anything for about 6 mos. explained the situation, he said he was sorry, but there were more pressing things.

My wife and her mom set me up on a Domestic Violence, last November, after coming home from a 10 hour day at work. She tackled me from behind twice, admits that she did, one of the two times. I was arrested for it. She has me kicked out of my house for 35 days with nothing but the clothes on my back. Then she comes onto my property, which she is not suppose to do, and demands that I give her the kids, which it was my weekend with the kids according to our approved parenting plan. I told her to leave. She did, but just to down the road and parked to watch me. I put the kids in the car to go to the movies. She tried to cut me off when I left, but was unsuccessful. She then calls the police, and I was arressted on the grounds of kidnapping. Now my visitation rights have been cut down to 2 hours a night, 2nights a week, supervised with a psychological evaluation, thats going to cost me a grand, before I can get visitation rights back. All because I was at my house minding my own business

Mine is a group of 5 buddies.... one of them loves me... m 24... and i have a bf whom i m committed to... this friend of mine..Richard is a very nice guy, a little introvert and shy but its obvious to everyone that he loves me and doesnt like my getting friendly to anyone... now my bf is also a part of our group and he dislikes the behavior richard shows... moreover Richard doesnt like my being cloase to anyone else in the group... have tried talking to him and explaining things... but nothings improving... he even stars crying ... the situation is disturbing coz i consider him to be a friend... nothing seems to help...

Let's say you're a girl I like but you don't want to talk to me anymore. So I decide not to try to respect your wishes out of respect for you and hope that maybe later we can start talking again. (This next part hasn't really happened, yet) Then, I decide to start things back up between us again but you feel offended because you think if I really wanted to keep you as a friend at least in the first place I would have tried harder to get you back. My girlfriend doesnt like it that my frind DJ Has a huge crush on me. HE asks me out constantly. Kim is getting really mad but the thing is DJ doensnt know that I have a girlfriend And Im afraid that if I tell him he wont want to be my friend anymore what can I do ??? She had it all planned out for a long time. Married for 12 years with 2 small kids. We had a good marriage and a great family. ok their is this boy i really like and we avoid each other but at this ball his mate kept on saying ask him to dance with me and that he says im having a good time but i said i dont want to ask him to dance and his mates keep on embarrassing me around him, but the thing me and this boy neva lyk talk to each im not sure wht this means, ive said hi hi to him and he responds but we never go up to each other and talk, do you think he fancies me or hes not intersted? he knows i like him and his mates embarrass me in front of him and he doesnt do anything. and his mates talk about him to me when i go up to them. and another thing he talks to other girls more but when hes around me he doesnt talk to me that much i feel left out and sometimes he says oh i like her as a mate but im shy around, and evrytime i see him he looks down or allover the place, just dont know what it means can you help. he never been out with a girl before and everyone says i should move on that he doesnt fancy me.

My boyfriend of three months will be celebrating his 30th birthday next week. I'm not sure what to get for him. Should I go with some mushy card and cologn or should I get him something manly? This guy asked me out and I don't know what to say. we have a lot in common with each other and I normally judge people by their personality but every now and then looks matter a little. He is really tall and thin, and he doesn't have much for looks. I am 5'3" and I am not fat but I am not skiny either I am about average size. The thing is that I don't know what to say because I don't think that he has any looks and I am I guess you would say bigger built than he is. Any opinions?

I'll make this short:
He is an ex- broke up coz of fishy friendship with a female- I knew they like each other and I was the only reason they can't date- told him not ok and he left me saying I should be able to trust in love and accept their friendship- within 2 months he dates 2 other women- 2nd being HER and they didnt work out coz she wanted to see someone else- he comes back to me now claiming he never felt anything for her- they are still friends and he won't give that up for me as that is my terms and conditions for me to EVEN CONSIDER his presence back!

What do you think of the situation? I am ready to walk away coz I deserve better but am I wrong for walking away? Am I being irrational?

He also claims I am still the reason they cant be together. She doesnt want him coz he is in love with me and he cant have her coz he loves me still and cant move on. Is he playin me?

I think my best friend and my future husband we are not engaged but he did promise me we would get married. gave me a ring and everything. I think they are falling for each other. what should i do to keep them from each other we hang out with the same crowd. She is at every party. They even hang out when im not around. i am so stress i have a big performance this weekend. i got in a wreck yesterday during my driving test. i got court Monday for going to a party and being the only one who wasn't drinking somebody asked me to go get pop and i said someone with a license had to go with me. well we got pulled over for a busted headlight and nobody had there license with them. so i got three citations. but the wreck wasn't my fault the guy ran a red light and hit me. i miss my bestfriend which is my xboyfriend. i have prom and graduation comeing up. my life sux please give some advis on how to get rid of stress.
