My boyfriend of three months will be celebrating his 30th birthday next week. I'm not sure what to get for him. Should I go with some mushy card and cologn or should I get him something manly? He's not a preppy guy at all so clothes probably are out of the question. Guys, your input here would be helpful. What would you want from your girlfriend? (Please no perverted comments, thanks!)

I should expand my discription of him better. He likes deer hunting but that's out of season right now. He's very family oriented with his three boys from a previous marriage. Not really sure what all else he's into, we're still in that 'getting to know one another' stage. I'm just trying to think of something simple for him.

Okay here is something different... What kind of sport does he like? Is there anything he is really interested in, that you could get tickets to? Hockey, Basketball?????? Try that.. then... if can.. have them say happy birthday to him where ever you go.. on a screen or something.. Just try things out of the ordinary.. not the usual card and cologne. it will be fun!@! :o) Good Luck.

I'm not a guy but I'd through him a HUGE birthday party and get a HUGE birthday cake and get inside it and pop out when everyone singing happy b-day, wearing something he likes (4 Xample- he likes hunting wear camo, he likes sports wear a jersey, he likes power tools wear flannel and hold a dril) (***just make sure it's SeXy****) then I'd give him like a guiter or power tools or a day at a golf course or something to dat effect!! Good Luck and Happy Birthday to him!!! :-)

It really depends how close you two are. Does he have any hobbies. Maybe you can get him something that has to do with his hobby.
