I was friends with this girl who I slept with and started getting jealous over me talking to her sister. It got to a point that we stopped talking and now I am friends with her sister. I ended up sleeping with her sister later and now I am in love with her.

You have communication problems. Relationships are built around communications. Poor communication, poor relationships. Good communication, good relationships.
You would not be the first to fall in love with your girlfriend's sister. This is much more common than most people admit. If you want this to last, you had better pay attention to what she is saying and you had better learn to say what you mean and mean what you say.

having pre-marital sex is a big problem in relationships. nothing happens to the guy--a ton starts happening to the girl.
all your relationships are gonna suck if you keep having sex. when guys only have relationships based on that nothin good comes out of it. if i was one of those girls i wouldn't want anything to do with you. as far as i see it based on what you did, you're a jerk. no wonder the one girls doesn't like you.
try some self-evaluation. and actually listen to the girls instead of having sex with them.
