what does it mean when a guy that likes you hurts your feelings (unintentionaly), apologises and says he will call the next day to resolve it then doesnt. i told him he hurt me but that i still want to work things out. is he just scared to call me??

A girl will really get sick because she misses this guy she likes she can't see him since he doing his military service. After she does talk to him on the phone she starts to feel sick and can't eat they are not GF/BF but she did tell him she misses him everyday and will feel sick because she misses him so much!(In Asia not US army and nothing to do with IRAQ or Afghanistan!)

Single ex-mormon in utah county, Utah. Im originaly from seattle washington and very used to alot of non-religious singles gatherings in a large city. (salt lake is out of the picture as i doubt my luck with my car that far) All i can find are religious events here in utah county. As such, ive been single for over a year and 1/2. Dont tell me to move, the job market sucks so bad, its hard enough to get a job you can live off of. Let alone save enough to safely move somewhere else.

Singles sites are also out of the question, ive already gone through all the options available on every site i can find.

I met a girl at a friends wedding about a month ago - she seemed really positive and fun and we talked a bit (mostly about her) and i notice she kept sitting next to me, coming outside when I was..etc

she crossed my mind a few times since then so I got her number from my friends new wife, and gave her a call. She was driving at the time so I told her I'd call her back in 15 but she didn't answer. i text her to say i don't understand what i said in the matter of minutes to make her ignore me and that i would take it as if she is having a bad day... she text me back to let me know she was having a bad day and that she would be free the next day should i wish to call. i was busy all week so i called her at the end of the week but no answer. she text me a few days later apologising, & she was having it hard and busy with work, but saying i should call her sometime during the day. considering the trends so far i am no fool - she will not answer.

whats the deal with her?

All your boyfriend did is talk mostly about freaky things? We have been dating now for about 3 months now and his birthday is real soon. So he told me that he will be here a few days before his birthday to spend some time with me. But I am scared that it could lead from one thing to the other. What should I do, I love him and all but I don' t think that I am ready for all of that! And the thing about it is that this will be the first time that I will get to see him in person and we really want to see each other, but I don't think that he is just with me for me, I have a feeling deep inside my gut that he is playing me. But when I asked him about it he said that he would never do that to me, because he know what it is like to be heartbroken. I just don't know!!!

I went out with this guy again for almost a month now after a month of no communication. The last time was saturday when he invited me to come his place. I was in a relationship with this guy. Everything was great (or only seemed so to me) until one night all of a sudden he just called and said it was over, like "it's not you, it's me, i'm not right for you"..he was crying. I don't understand why he couldn't talk to me about that in person?
We still talk and sometimes he says he misses me and even says he loves me and that hurts so at times i think i should just stop talking to him and move on. I do love him, but i can't understand what he wants. If it's being friends then why does he say those things or go quiet at all? Does everything good really come to an end? Any advise?

It seems, at times, that no one ever lives up to their parents' expectations. I was never certain what my parents wanted of me. They were convinced , mainly by short-sighted school administrators, that I would never graduate college. I graduated *** Laude with a degree in English, but that didn't seem to impress them much. I went to New York City after I graduated, got a job and made friends. That didn't impress them either, since it was just a "survival" job, not a career. I came back to California, quickly found another job and an apartment. Again, their reaction was lackluster. Throughout my career as a paralegal, their enthusiasm was less than what I'd expected. I think my father was proud of my accomplishments before he died, but I'm not sure. He certainly never told me he was proud of anything I did. Now Mom is going senile and I don't think she's very proud of me either, despite my finding a good job recently. Can we ever please our parents?
