I know one dude likes me , but he's afraid even to talk to me, however I meet him every day - his shyness is killing me!

Well first ask her what she really likes and than get it for her unless its to expensive. If it is than don't worry about getting it and write her a note or you can just tell her that you love her and if you do buy her something also tell her that you love her.
