How would you know if a girl at work fancied you or had a crush on you???(you haven't spoken to them+don't work with them)

What are the classic signs that she would give??? The type of body language shown e.g. ducking her head when passing you , smiles at you etc....

We've been together 3 years and i just cant show affection like normal girlfriends, he siad i do everything else but its just i never do anything passionate or make the first move? I've tried but i just can't see the signs he makes that he wants attention..we've had a huge fallin out this mornin about it and he's even said its got to the point where he doesnt no if we should just call it a day coz he feels unloved...I've tried huggin kissin him but apperently thats not good enough what the hell am i doin wrong? this mornin he was stretchin his neck out as we lay there and i didnt even get wot he was doin then he went mad after 5 mins sayin u could of showed sum affection by kissin my neck or doin sumthing but u just lay there Mayb im just a idiot?

every body says they want stuff in thier life but who really goes after it with the determination and focus of a hungry immigrant or an olympic athlete in training?

do you just say you want stuff ? and life isn't fair and life is tough?

or do you give up what there is to give up, and work like a kook to get it?

you say you want a boyfriend or a girlfriend ...but would you be willing to live a healthy lifestyle, love yourself, put your life on track and go out and actually meet people like your life depended on it or are you all talk worry and upset and soap opera longing?

he used to give us drink for free and then we found out that he was a peodophile so we had to tell the polic eeverything we knew about the man he never tried anything on with me and my mate but know my mates mum wont let us hang around with each other and i dont know what to do and the police said there is a chance he could be left out cause he didnt exacly do anything wrong

I am already dealing with the fact that my freshly divorced parents are sitting on the top table now i appear to have another problem. When asking the best man who he'd like his girlfriend to sit with familiy of friends, he stated that she WILL be sitting on the top table with me. He then got his mum to tell me too! They haven't been together for that long and i'm worried that my wedding photos will have someone in that doesnt mean anything to me. What should I do??

we are working things out but will i ever find peace with it. I think about it all the time. I love her so much and she does love me ( even though she did what she did) she did tell me the next day she was leaving because we were not getting along most of the time. Our relationship is out of this world right now but im still having problems with the sex she had. When she walks past-she lowers her head as she passes me(She's the only girl who does this in the office-no one else does),other times she smiles and we make eye contact. GOOD SIGN???

If I don't look back at her (when she's looking at me) she won't look at me the nxt time she passes!!!WHY???

When her friends walk past-they sometimes look at me continuously(as there walking past)+smile+stop talking.Then they suddenly start talking again as soon as they pass me!!!The same happens during lunch occasionly.They only do this to me!!!GOOD SIGN???

Not spoken to her yet-work in different departments, I don't deal with her at all.Does she fancy/like me???

he's my classmate in language course, and i 'like' him,and it's just my guess that he likes me 'a lil bit' too. everyday after the class is over, we walk together and take the same train. Today i came too late because the train had problem, so when i came into my class, i know that he noticed me. also sometimes he's watching me. and sometimes he try to talk with me. then we're going home n take the same train together, n we talk, so i tell him about my train this morning, so i came too late. but why he said that he didnt notice that i came late, why he denied it?
