I have anxiety and depression and feel like I have been needy to my friends and feel bad. Do I need to feel bad? Is that really bad when a person is needy?

It's going to be in August. We've both been married before, I have a daughter and I'm 33. I'm about a size 14-16, so no slim thing.
I don't want a full-blown wedding dress, I'm too old and I did all that first time round when I was 20 and gorgeous!
We really just want a nice simple church ceremony with very close family, but I feel such an eejit in a dress. Normally wear jeans and wellies, or docs.
I've been looking at a lovely medieval, Galadriel type dress, in a kind of coffee colour. I don't want to go down the road of wearing a 'nice dress', like most second timers. Just don't know what I do want! What colour? (I'm brunette, although that changes frequently).
And I can't afford to spend a fortune! Any idea how much it costs to get married these days???
Any genuine advice would be welcome.

My friend is married with a little boy and is pregnant.Her ex boyfriend who was her first love who I remember at the time she was soooo in love with contacted her on friends reunited and she text his number that he left in an email just to say hi back.7years has passed and my friend is happy and settled but her ex is really trying hard to win her back.Theres nothing he wont do.I feel really worried for her coz I know she has always cared alot 4 him.But he hurt her back then so badly.Why is he doing this again to her,when he can see how happy she is with her husband and family.She has told him when I was with her that they cant keep in touch but the smooth talker just worms his way back again!!!Says he always loved her and regrets letting her go.WELL ITS TOO LATE NOW!!! I am 42 and have only ever been in two long term relationships. Until I met HIM. Well, its been going on for 3 months now and I know I am getting attached. I told him the other night that I want to remain his friend, he is one of the good guys you know, so have stopped the 'other' thing. I am kicking myself now, although I don't want to end up getting hurt and attached, I know I could really fall for him and as much as he cares for me (just comes round to give me a hug when I am low, and we talk for hours), I know I am not the one for him. Hand on heart, it would never work long term.
Gentle advice please on getting over this, the sex was great, he is great and although he tells me I am great, I know the 'click' isn't there for him.

I have just come back from my holiday to vist my familey. I had a fantasic time and met really nice people but i when i came back to my boyfried it wasnt the same. I think i realised what i could have in a relationship while i was away. There is not spark between us anymore I dont know if i love him.
I have been with him 4 years now and i cant see myself without him as im used to him. I dont want to loose him as a friend either but he will not be friedns with me if we spilt he said he couldnt cope.
I met a guy over there that i got well with and cant get him out of my head. I will be over there quite often from now on as my mum know lives there. My boyfriend dosent want me to go back as he know of this close relationship.
I do dont no what to do. Im going back this month to see my mum n this guy to C how i feel should i see how i feel and make my desion or should i give it another go to see how it goes with my fella or should i end it and move on? Will things ever be the same?

a conclusion and I was wrong. I appologised to him but I think he has turned off me. I explained what I was going through and he seem sympathetic but Im not sure where I stand with him now. There is this girl that i really like. People in the past and still do now mistake us as being bf and gf. I have feeling for this girl and her best friend told me that she had to her best friend that she had feelings for me and could c us goin to the next level. So when i found that out i thought stuff it im going to ask her out so i did.
