it's quite difficult to say that she would overcome all her problems with that affair as that may also lead to some problems.
the biggest question is morality and social pressure.
before jumping on any other conclusion, she can try to talk to her husband and look for counselling which may help most of the time.

If a married woman is not satiesfied sexually it 's her problem that's the way she is no one will ever change her . Why doe's she chose to get married after all knowing that her husband is not satisfying her , she is no good ,whoever is married to such a thing must devorce her before is too late or will suffer as a result,marriage is suppose to be a blessed thing it's not about sex only .it's about love tender and care and passion that a couple share .Let go before is too late

Larry, first of all your question is such stupid that it does not require any answer. The result would be same wheather the lady is Indian or from other part of the world.
No female/Male like that his/her partner should be bed partner to other.
As far as sexual satisfaction is concerned, its just like wine, there is limit for every thing, the less you take more you enjoy.The more you consume less enjoyment.
If her husband is having some medical problem, she should certainly try to get him cured if uncurable then she can divorce and have other partner. Sex does ply a vital role in married life, if one does not get every thing to his/her satisfaction then the only alternates are: 1)Doctor
2) Compromise(3) Sex toys (4)Di versition of attentions towards other works
All other routes lead to wards hell

Now let me tell you about effects on the husband of a lady invovleing is extra marital affair - depression, inferiority complex, high BP. Also, her family is on a risk of break off.
And if a guy is not satisfied sexually. Hypertension, depression, higher chances of heart attack, etc.
If a guy involves in an extra marital affair, again its cause of depression, high BP, low self esteem, etc. to the woman. Again the family is in a risk of break off.

A lot of the problem has to do with the culture and how Indian men are taught to treat women. Also, having arranged marriages means that sometimes they are not physically and/or emotionally attracted to each other. Many live in their family home too. That can cause too much stress for a happy sexual life too.

I think she should talk to her husband all tell him that she is not satisfied sexually.If her husband loves her , he will understand what she s going through and try to suprise her will some naughty gift and a nice movie where both of them can watch .And later the husband can and what turns the Wife on.. Well the indian traditions & cultures doesn't accept the relation .....just put a thought wat making you un satisfied with your partner in sex.........discuss and resolve the issue with mutual concern & you will defintely get a solution......Till some one founds the relation with your boy friend,everything is smooth and refined,once comes out ,your life is ruined with sharp words from the society.............good luck

Indian society is not so open .Also having extra marital affair will certainly affect childrens.So try oral sex ,also try meditation and reading good books.Oral sex will certainly help and spirituality will help contol emotional problems ,help enjoying sex.
