I have anxiety and depression and feel like I have been needy to my friends and feel bad. Do I need to feel bad? Is that really bad when a person is needy?
Thanks!

Your feeling bad could be a sign that you know you're beginning to take advantage of their friendship. If you are using your anxiety and depression to manipulate other people then you need to stop. Don't wear your friends out. There's only so much they can do, and you might have to get professional help for the rest.

Friends are more understanding than you think. The fact that youre depressed and have anxiety makes them willing to be of more assistance to you. The fact that you're wondering this shows that youre recovering. You can maybe give your friends thank you cards and have a night out just to break the normal bonding sessions you have.

Well take it from me, my friends are very needy. You can only give so much in a relationship. Make sure you don't wear them out - and try to give back. Thats what friendship is, give and take

There is no right or wrong, good or bad. Try to be self independent. I'm at my lowest moral now but I'm still up answering Y!Answers. The world isn't that bad and we should avoid self-pity.
