he's my classmate in language course, and i 'like' him,and it's just my guess that he likes me 'a lil bit' too. everyday after the class is over, we walk together and take the same train. Today i came too late because the train had problem, so when i came into my class, i know that he noticed me. also sometimes he's watching me. and sometimes he try to talk with me. then we're going home n take the same train together, n we talk, so i tell him about my train this morning, so i came too late. but why he said that he didnt notice that i came late, why he denied it?

well, if a guys likes you, and "like" i mean he has some interest on you, he'll definitely try to come up with a topic to talk with you whenever he sees you. Then, it's up to you to feel what he's thinking about when you 2 are having a conversation. Normally a guy tat likes a girl will try to say something which may provoke the girl to pinch(jokingly), or play with him. He'll try and try to make you laugh, cause seeing the smile of the girl he likes definitely touches his heart.
Secondly, you can notice that he's always trying to peek at you, looking at you from time to time and turning his head away pretending to look at something else when you turn to him. Some guys make look into your eyes even when u turn to look at him. Try to smile at him when he does that. If he smiles back to you, then the answer is "YES"
Regarding the late-coz-of-train thing, he's probably trying to provoke you, to make u angry of him so he knows that he had caught your attention. Try telling him that you DID see him notice you when u walk in. See what he says =D
You can start asking him out. Girls are probably always waiting for guys to do the invitaton but some guys may be shy, you never know. Try getting his mobile number and text with him frequently. Make sure that your conversations never ends. If it doees, then it means "no" coz you may get together but it's difficult for you to maintain it.
