That isn't bipolar disorder. Bipolar disorder changes over time, like a few moths and very gradually. You might need some counseling, but I highly doubt anything is really wrong with you.
BTW-> Bipolar people don't know that they are ill. They need a psychiatrist to remind them. Your awareness of your moods is NOT a sign of anything.

I had the same situation and the reason was hormons (change of their level). I would advise you very much to check it.

it mite be bipulor ... seriusly, get it checkked. you culd be so mutch happyer if that is whatt it is and you deale with it.
you mite also have bloode sugur issues
