It is very common for people to dream about ex-partners. Individuals that have been an important part of our lives continue to take up a part of our mind and heart. It is impossible to very dramatically shut the person out of thoughts and feelings. Just because the relationship ends does not mean that all is finished. You will continue to dream about your ex boyfriend until you "let go" of him on a very important level, or until you learned your lessons from that relationship. Either way, dreaming about your ex-romance does not predict future involvement. It may be wish-fulfillment, reliving memories, or working out old issues.

It doesn't matter how sincere he was, it does not change the fact that you are married. If you have a good marriage, why would you risk throwing it all away over someone you knew in high school. Think seriously about everything that is involved. You could lose everything if your husband finds out. Where would you be if you were on your own in the big world and high school love decided he didn't want you as bad as he thought he did, and hubby is now gone too! Your husband has been with you for 13 years, does he really deserve this??

Maybe you are going through a mid life crisis or something. It is just a dream. Maybe something in your real life is not going great right now and it brought on the dream. But keep in mind you have been married for 13 years. It is normal for people to fantasies but to carry it out is another story. Just keep you dreams to yourself and go on with your life and keep them dreams.

Stop dreaming and come to reality!
Your first love is just that your first love, it is past and a sweet memory, let it stay that way and don't sacrifice your marriage for a fantasy that will implode!
I did it after my separation from wife and it was the worst thing I could have done ,because instead of sweet memory's I have thoughts that I cheated on wife, we were separated at time and thinking of divorce , and wife doesn't see it like that but I do and my first love is the woman who nearly destroyed my marriage and future family.
First Loves are cherished memory's, never let it dominate your reality's of marriage and family, you'll hurt everyone in the end ,and destroy everything you worked for in marriage.
