I dont even know you, and you know what is my response for your proposal,,,, are
you proposing all on a trial and error basis?? its so absurd
Any way iam not looking to get into a relation, definetly not with a stranger
and next time even before you think about proposing me, keep this thing clearly registered in your mind that the answer is NO

Just be courteous & say you can be friends - don't forget to smile. It might be true that he got a crush on you but no deepre than that coz it takes to know the person before you feel in love with him or her

if someone proposes like me i will tell him that i respect ur feelings and i can't stop ur feelings in ur heart but i don't know u and i think that every relationship should be start from a great bond of friendship.so, i am sorry i can't accept ur proposal.

it is possible that though you feel he is a stranger..he might be knowing you since mny days..
respect his feelings and tell him to be your friend..
don't put him in an embarrasing position..because he has feelings for you..
also don't be so polite..be straight forward and clear..
