Overall our relationship was great but I had alot to deal with. I broke it off to get my head straight and then I found out she had a run in with a guy while we went out from a chaplins assistant. She never told me and when I found out I was hurt because I never kept anything from her. I tried to move on with another girl and realized I still loved her. She thought I wouldnt ever talk to her again and now she is seeing someone else.. I called her up and told her how I feel and broke things off with the new girl. Do I just need to give her space now and move on with my life. I notice every one says if its meant to be then it will happen and if not learn and move on. She also told me she would talk to me in time but its been almost 2 months and I have no answers... Kind of my fault though cause I kept pushing a little and still talking but I just stopped. We still have feelings for each other and I just want to work this out... I want a life with her. Any opinions?

There is this girl and in the beginning she totally liked me i think. She would flirt with me her eyes would glow shed act like a crazy drunk around me, she would fiddle with stuff. But now she acts all shy and slightly sirly with me. She still acts sort've the same but she now acts all flirty with another guy in my class. She never acted like that around him before. Has she stopped liking me? Does she like him now? What the f*** do I do?! Its driving me nuts!

Just got married on Valentines day & this is how fun it has been since then…1st we go out with my father & he asked a ugly old lady to show him her b**bs, right in front of me - his excuse, it was the alcohol. The following week he gets drunk tells me that I am a cheater & that I was his big mistake. Just now I found piece of paper in the floor - it was a bank statement with his EX wives name on the account as a "JOINT ACCOUNT", we don't even have an account. Now I could be wrong here, but when I got divorced I went into the bank with all the divorce papers & took my name off the bank accounts, isn't that what u do? He also told me that he had "perfect credit" well we went to get a car loan & his perfect credit is well below 500. He told me that he let his wife because she slept with a co-worker of his, but who filed for divorce? She did & she took him to the cleaners too.Am I stupid if I stay with this guy? I am beginning to think so, what do you guys think? I stay out of love

Now me and my boyfriend are on the rocks, and I don't know what it means when he told me he is confused, but he still does like ma as a friend, and more.

my boyfriend and i have been together for nearly 4 years. weve had our ups and downs. And recently he broke it off because of communication and trust {which to me seems like an unsual reason to break up}. surprisingly after he broke it off he told me he loves me. immediately after he broke up with me, he was hugging, kissing, play fighting with me...not to mention that he just bought me a ring {sized wrong} and told me that we'll go together to get it sized, and still wanted me to go to his house, and be friends. its been nearly a week, and he has been calling me at most 8 times a day. im trying to play hard to get and making it seem as though i have been happy saying "ive been having a great day" or just seeming not affected by the breakup. as i am telling him this, i realize he's getting affected by what I am saying. An example, he was having a horrible day at work, and i tell him that my day was great {which it actually was} and he seems upset by it, as though he expected me to be depressed. he then asks me if i have met any guys, and i say no. it seems like he can not get over me, and constantly seeks my attention by texting, calling, and Instant Messaging...i want him back obviously, what steps can i take to make him see that he wants to be with me too.

We have been married for 5 years. No kids. Last year we had a little bump in the road where the sex was not as often and it was very boring. I told her I was feeling a-sexual about our relationship. Later things started to get better, she started feeling better about herself and dressing better. Then I find out her co worker made a pass at her when I was out of town. She said nothing happened. She still hangs around this co-worker because they work together. She started picking up habits that I do not agree with (smoking pot, MySpace account..) but she said it was to find more friends to do things with. She started acting real funny the last couple of months (even wanted to stay in a hotel one night to clear her head). She tells me this week that the problem we are having is she does not find me sexually attractive. She says she loves me and I treat her so good but she oesn't have that fire. Do you lose that spark overtime? Dose it come back? Am I stupid and is she leaving?

How should I respond to this: I live with a couple of roommates what keep telling me to abandon my kid that lives with me ex. They think I'm wasting my time and energy towards them when I could be doing something more productive. They think I shouldn't be as nice as I am towards the ex since she put a restraining order against me. Currently we are working together for the sake of the baby, but we don't live together. They keep calling me unintelligent. DO you think it is rational for them to make that assumption? They think they are my parents and try to lucture me about how I am making a big mistake in supporting my kid. Now I'm at a point where I feel so worthless to believe that I am so foolish with all the negative feedback. How should I respond to this tormenting?

I know I'm going to get answers such as "No" so I won't seem desperate but shouldn't girls be confidant enough to just call a guy when she feels like it and not wait for him to figure out whether or not he should call you??

my son has known my husband since before he turned one. he is now four and my husband and i have two children together. my question is--has anyone noticed any difference in treatment by grandparents or one or both parents? i have noticed that my inlaws treat my son differently than their own grandson. not horribly, just different. they treat him as their own grandchild but i can see the subtle difference. and my husband says stuff like his son wont act like how my son does. but he accepts him as his son while sometimes throwing in my face that he is not able to adopt him because his deadbeat boilogical father has visitation rights; but doesn't pay child support hence deadbeat. my husband says i am imagining the difference in treatment. i just wanted some opinions and personal experiences. thanks.

So, I've been wanting to ask this girl out for a while, but the opportunity hasn't presented itself. She is usually always surrounded by her friends and Im not sure the best way to get around this. Is it best to just ask her if I can talk to her for a minute and put up with her friends giggling and what not, or is there a better way to ask her? And also, if I do get her by herself, do you open up with a conversation starter or go straight for the throat and ask her out right then?

Not me! This guy is a successful engineer now retired, loves kids, great cook, high GPA from a major University, art connoiseur. But three years ago he stopped working and moved back in with his mom after having lived 1000 miles away on his own since college. Is the living with mom thing a non-starter?

My girlfriend is about to lose someone very, very ... very close to her. She's devastated, depressed. She's a mess. I love her too much to see her this way. I will do anything in my power to pick her up, give her strength, and take care of her.

I compose music. Would it be a good idea to ask her to compose a song, just her and I for her loved one? She will think of the melodies, and I will make the song. It will be dedicated to her loved one.

Is that a good idea? Bad idea? Weird? Should I ask her or not? Thanks all.

I know that there are a lot of girls (mainly younger ones) out there who are messed up and choose to date "Bad Boys" (the egoistic morans who tend to treat girls that they date like s***) over "Nice Guys" (the sensitive guys who acutally care about the feelings of others). What I don't understand is why these girls consider guys who are overbearing, obsessive, too sensitive, insecure, "creepy", and "hopeless romantics" as Nice Guys. These guys ARE NOT Nice Guys at all. They are either social outcasts who always have a negative attitude about life or they are gay. I think that these are really the types of guys that many girls are talking about when they say that they don't like nice guys. A real nice guy doesn't have any of those characteristics. Rather he is emotionally stable, independent, caring (but not overbearing), and responsible. So why do many girls mistake these guys as being the creepy and overbearing type, when it's really the OTHER guys that they don't like?

Just curious...I was having a conversation with a friend on the subject the other day. Her mother married young and divorced early and advised her children not to do the same. She told them that it was better to wait til they were older and had their life established by themselves first. Her siblings have followed this advice and she plans to as well. I'm currently somewhere in the engagement process(we've set a wedding date, but formal engagement in June) so this has sparked some curiosity with me. My parents married young and have been together 25 years and never really left the "honeymoon" stage. My boyfriend's parents married even younger and have been together 21 years. We have made the decision to marry young. My parents never advised of a particular time, but rather that when it was right, I would know. But how much is a child really influenced by their parents views and experiences regarding marriage? All opinions on the subject and experiences are welcomed :)

Any ideas on how to deal with a person who only thinks about themselves? Is growing up the only answer?

I try to see the good in all people, but man it is difficult with people so selfish.

I met this guy once, I gave him my number but he was kinda drunk. Anyways, I never thought he would call me, but he did and he wanted to hang out. I had to work so we couldnt. So I decide to call him today and asked him if he still wanted to get together this week, he said yes and we are probably going to have dinner tomorrow night.
The thing is, id like to know if this happened to you; what would you think of the girl or what will you expect from her on the firts date.
thanx
