There's this guy who's liked me for a while and now when i'm finally giving him a chance, he decides to run away. Did i get too close? He's told me he hasn't had a girlfriend for a really long time. I'm guessing he probably doesn't know what to do. I texted him telling him how i felt. I told him that i like him but i can't keep guessing all the time about what he's thinking. it confuses me. he's showed me how much he likes me and now he just turns away and leaves me hanging? should i try to talk to him? or just leave him alone? i don't know. i need some advice.

I believe sometimes a parent has to set by and let their children find their own way. I feel like I am woman enough to make my own decisions. I am 19 yrs. old, smart, beautiful, in college, and have a boyfriend. My mom has just found out we kiss (we are saving sex until marriage) (WHICH by the way we are plannign after college) and has been harassing me about it every since. She calls me constantly and has sent me an email the size of Texas. She is smothering me ... I just want to live the way she has taught me and make my own decisions.

Me & my b/f of 8 mos got in an fight & we broke up. Just this past month he has pulled away. Not sure why. He works 75 hrs a week and lives an hour away from me. When we were arguing, he was telling me that I have no clue how tired he is and that he is just so frustrated with everything. He told me he is saving almost all his money so he can buy himself a house. I told him all want from him is to show some excitement to see me, since we only see each other on the weekends. I told him I felt that he didn't even really want to see me on weekends anymore since he never makes plans with me & frequently leaves me hanging. I told him I loved him and wanted to resolve things but he did not wanna listen, instead he broke it off. He initiates texts and emails that say "Just wanted to say hi, and that I sorry for the way things turned out. U are truly a great person and I hope u find what makes u happy. :* He knows what I want! Does he miss me? Will he wanna get back? Should I have hope?

I have these two great people in my life. I am suppost to write a report about a mentor in my life. The only problome is i have two. My mom is there for me and she is amazing. then this other person is someone i have been able to tell everything to for the past three years and she has been amzing. i love them both but sometimes i like one more than the other is that bad? I had a split with my finance about 6 months ago. I had dated a couple of girls since then. They were nothing special, fun to hang out with, but I felt nothing for them.

Recently though, I was at a party with all of my friends, even my ex-finance and her new boyfriend. Strangely I felt ok with it, because I knew that he was just as crazy as she is.

Now for the unexpected part, for some reason a girl I have known for 4 years and I made a connection that night. We were never really close friends just members of the same group. Somehow the stars aligned and I saw her in a new light, and she seems to have seen me in a new light. To make a long story short, we ended up fooling around that night.

Now I can't stop thinking about her, we talk on the phone now. But I am afraid that I may be thinking way to fast. But she has all the credentials of a great girlfriend. She is beautiful, has a good job, wants kids someday, funny, and fun to hang out with.

I am curious because today she very randomly asked if i had a girlfriend and i said no, then later i cracked a joke and she playfully slapped me on the arm.
