Best friends have not seen the part of him which he shares with you, and those who hate him should be reminded that your happiness counts. But then again , if it comes down to it, best friends win, since they will outlive your romantic relationships.

It depends on why they almost hate him? Is it because of something he did to you? If so then you should ditch him
