Ok, girl, relax. You probably can go; it's just a matter of arranging it in a cool way. Buying a ticket is no problem at all and in general nobody will ask about your age at customs unless you look something like twelve. Seventeen year olds travel places alone all the time. It will be important that it's a surprise action though, because if you're parents file what's called a missing-person report, you will come up in any computer where your passport is checked.
Still, even if your parents don't want you to go, there may be ways of you going back anyway. Authorities and help-groups know that there is a lot of abuse in immigration families and it's just a matter of finding the right people to help you.
Even if they send you back to your parents, you're parents may realize more strongly how unhappy you are and let you go more easily a little later. Generally, parents let kids do what they want after the third escape attempt.
E-mail me if you want.

No, probably not. You most likely need your parents permission. But then again, are you an American citizen? I'm not sure what the law is if you're not an American citizen. Hell, call the Iranian embassy (if there is one) in Washington D.C. and ask them, or they probably have email. I found the "Embassy of Pakistan" in Washington D.C.'s website, but can't read a damn word on it beside a "Visit Iran" advertisement. Hopefully you can. Email them and ask them, but they'd probably tell you to stay with your parents.

U have to be 18. At 17 you still need parent's permission.

Go ahead, it's not too late since you've obviously not learned how to spell in the English language as yet.

Get to where you're going and study that language.
