My boyfriend of 14 years left because I have gained between 20 and 25 pounds. I have had 3 children. I am not fat. But he is very vain. I used to be very skinny. I am 42 years old. Put it this way, he thought all woman should look like Barbie. He told me he was not into me any more, so he left his children and myself.It's now 3 months later and he already is seeing someone else. And he acts like I should just be over it, and that it is no big deal. Would you leave if your spouse gained weight?

My daughters father is very screwed up.

I WAS WONDERING IF ANYONE KNOWS WHAT TYPE OF DAMAGE COULD HE HAVE DONE to her emotionaly?

My daughter was touched by her dad one time. It was very bad for her. She woke up and found him rubbing her private areas. It has not ever happened again, and we are not with him. He has supervised visitation thru his sister. Her theripist says him being around her causes her more damage emotionaly. She gets mad at the idea of not being with him. Her theripist says she may have what is called trauma bond. She is now 13, and has seen him hit me and knows that she is not the only one he did this too. I want visitations stopped. The courts don't agree. I hope this gets resolved soon because I have a young daughter and son he is around also.
Please any advise that can help!!!!!!

i split up with my boyfriend over two weeks ago.I'm now taking it slow with my best guy mate,who is amazing,and has been there for me through everything.The night we split,he slept in bed with a girl who fancies him,and got steaming drunk with her,although he swears nothing happened.Anyway,because she's obsessed with him,she's started coming to parties and things in our town with him,when she lives over an hour away.I'm really trying to move on,but it's hard when i have her and him breathing down my neck all the time,especially because she keeps having 'subtle' digs at me.My ex told my friend he hates this girl,and really misses me although he hangs with her all the time,along with others.Me and my ex agreed to be friends,but he's acting quite cuddly,and i also feel annoyed because of this thing with the girl too when im talking to him.What do you think?

Is it that easy for a girl to hide her true feelings or pretend? My ex and I were together for five years, we've been apart for one year now. But we are still friends, see each other, go out, and sometimes we do our thing. I love her to death, and I've being waiting patiently for her to make up her mind. I really appreciated all of your input but in the back of my mind my flirtatious wife will do it one day when I am not around.

I am feeling helpless because how can I stop her if that is what she wants to do. She can tell me she would never do it, then turn around and do it and I would never know.

We had sex for the first time around the 254h february, she said she has felt odd since then.
I used a condom and didnt come during the sex due to nerves. I also checked the condom afterwards for leakages and there wasnt any. She is paranoid incase it came from pre-come transfered from the hands or something.

She said he has been having a bad stomach and checked recently on pregnancy sites and said she is getting worried cause she has some of the symptoms.

I love her alot but im really scared. Do you think she may be pregnant ?

i have only been with him 5 months and to be honest he has not seen me totally nakered as i can not get over the hang up of my jelly belly which hangs with a big mould of fat i think it is called a (apron belly). i so much wont to just take a deep breath and let him see me but embarressing is the word. and before and one says diet thats fine but wen you have had c sections u loose the elastisticy and muscle. please help

I don't understand why people are so offended that my husband and I don't want to have any children. I am not and have never been the "motherly" type. I don't think that babies are cute, I don't think they will make my life more fulfilling and I certainly do not think they are a blessing as we are NOT religious people. I like to sleep late, go on multiple vacations a year, and spend our hard earned money on nice things for ourselves. I have no desire or need to get pregnant, chubby, and poor just so I can experience the "joys" of motherhood (aka: changing dirty diapers, never sleeping and loosing your figure). Some of our friend's with kids are contantly telling us how lucky we are that we have all of this freedom. We see that too! I don't usually go into this much detail when people ask us why we don't have any kids but I would surely like to! They look at me like my hair is on fire when I tell them we are child-free and loving it. What's the deal?
