If a guy brags about every girl he sleeps with but one time he slept with this one girl and he never told anybody about his wild night with her?
None of this happened to me. Just wondered what that might mean.

Chances are that if you think that you are the one he does not brag about then he probably is bragging behind your back... you just haven't heard anything yet. or it could be that he is embarrassed about the night he slept with that person.

It means he never slept with so many people...he's just young and immature and trying to hype himself up because he's insecure. If he really slept with someona and didn't talk about it he's being respectful

It could be that he does not want to ishonor her, which could mean REAL LOVE- or it could just mean he knows she is diseased, or so far beneath him, that he does not want to dishonor himself.
