I really appreciated all of your input but in the back of my mind my flirtatious wife will do it one day when I am not around.
I am feeling helpless because how can I stop her if that is what she wants to do. She can tell me she would never do it, then turn around and do it and I would never know.

What is the question? Nearly every person on the planet who has passed puberty has had one or more sexual fantasies. In the final analysis, the only person over whom you have control is you. You can't control your wife. You can make your expectations clear, and you can tell her your feelings, but you really can't force her to do or not do anything. Either you married someone who is trustworthy, or you are a poor judge of character (or you have poor judgment) and married someone who would cheat on you.

If that's the way you feel maybe you two aren't meant to be with each other. In marriage you need to trust one and other if you can't trust her that's what will ruin your marriage and make her act out her fantasy. You need to talk to her and tell her how you feel. You can always spice up the bedroom by acting out your fantasies with one and other. Just remember the three most important things for a healthy relationship;
love
communication
sex

All action begins with a thought. Things that come out of our mouths have already been through the rationlization process. If she speaks this fantasy into existence, she at the point of seeking validation. After validation is the next logical step which is action. Bet on it.

You have to trust your wife, unless she has ever given you a reason not to, trust her that she wont follow through on it without your approval. I would definitely try your idea of getting a black toy, but also maybe get some adult movies with black men in them and let her watch those while you use the toy on her or something. She was nice enough to follow through on your fantasies, you need to do as much as you can to satisfy hers.

Oh yes you would. Trust her, unless she has given you a reason not to. If she were to stray you would definitely know by her attitude, things changing in the bedroom, how she treats you.....you would tune into these changes unless you have blinders on.
