ANY LOSS IS HARD. LETTING GO OF THE FEELINGS, THE MEMORIES, AND THE SOUND OF LAUGHTER........ LET GO?!?!?! WHY MUST WE LET GO?

Because when you spend your whole life with that person you don't want to let go because that person is your everything and you really don't know how you would make it with out her but people don't understand that you can make it without a partner, i've did it for almost 26 years but at the same time my life has been miserable

it's very hard especially if you care so much about that person and the amount of time you both shared with each other. it takes courage to let go of something or someone that was a big part of your life... of your heart... of your world. but letting go doesn't mean a weakness. it's actually a very brave act that a person can make. letting go is painful but has its rewards in the end. goodluck!

Letting go is closely linked with failure in our brains. Knowing you must let go and move on and away from a relationship is hard at first, but once it is complete you are happier in the long run.

because you remember the good parts of the relationship. You see something and it brings up a memory.
Letting go gets easier with time. Our emotions are not an on/off switch.

What is it you need to let go of ? A failed relationship,someone who's died ?? It's always hard even though you know it's the right thing to do..If we knew why,there would be nothing else to answer...

your heart has built a life around them and the have a piece of your heart as they will always its hard but i pray that the lord will give you strength an make you stronger than you have ever been just have faith in the lord to get you through lean on him
