My soon to be ex wife is comiting a couple of crimes here in the state of Florida, one is (silly enough) Adultery Cohabitation, the other (more seriously) Interfearance with Custody by not letting me see my son she is guilty of this crime. How do I put this into the divorce? Also because it was her lawyer who suggested that she not let me see my son can I sue him for this?

I have a theory that it's because he was my first and that since he has had more sex than I have - I tend to want it more than him. Still, I ask him why he doesn't want to have sex and he says that he doesn't like having sex when he's not ready. We go about once a week or even once every two weeks. Something's wrong, right? I wondered if he thought I was unattractive, but then all my friends yelled at me .. We are young, in love, just married .. shouldn't we be humping like bunnies?

Hi,
My husband filed divorce in California. Since California is community property state, I understand I must get half of property earned during our marriage.

I was with him right from my marriage to January this year.

Then I came to India, we were continue in touch through phone/mail/chat until July. He filed divorce in July.

Divorce is still pending... how much share I will be getting? Does the property will be counted till the date divorce granted or the date we physically separated?

I came to India on mutual understanding and for my further study.
I came to India twice to look after his father who was seriously sick that time.

Please advice how much I will get. My future depend on that.

After 8 months, I saw my ex- boyfriend at the univrersity campus that we both go to. He was REALLY happy to see me. After 5 or 10 minutes, he said he had to go , then he said "give me a shoutout and we can do something" , and I just looked at him, and he said "yeah we can see a movie together or anything you want", I just said bye and walked away. I wasn't that happy to see him cuz he was the one who dumped me. Was he just being nice when he said that or did he mean it? Guys when you see an ex do you say these sort of things or do you only say it to SOME exes?

My fiance's family lives about 4 hours away. He hasn't seen them in 3 months. My family lives 7 hours away and I haven't seen them in almost 3 years. He wants to go up there - but his family has done nothing but argue these past few months. All of his siblings are snobby towards me - like they think they're better. When we got engaged, they didn't even say 'congrats.' And they always talk about me behind my back - this has been acknowledged. No one is even offering us a place to stay - out of 4 houses. I kinda don't want to go, but I know it's his family and he loves them. I also love my family, too. I just...don't know what to do. I don't want to tell him because I don't want to hurt his feelings...but I think he knows how I feel about them. He's never even met my family...and this will be our first thanksgiving together. Oh yeah - He wasn't even going to invite me up there in the first place. If I don't go, I'll be alone. If I do, I'll be miserable for the whole week. What to do?

Im talking to this guy who is very sweet and nice and he doesnt drink or smoke or anything like that and hes is extremely considerate of others and respectful. And yesterday i went to a party at my freinds house and all my freinds are drinkers and smokers and such and all and when i went sober to the party i felt like i was in the outside looking in cause im so used to being the drunk one but now that i quit drinking and all that i felt uncomfortable..........do you think that i should surround myself with people like the(nice) guy that im talking to? cause im not used to people like him so its refreshing....... or do i surround myself with freinds that are like the person i used to be? please let me know what you think.........

I am currently going through divorce. My best friend and husband slept together 17 years ago. No big deal. My best friends mother has recently made the comment that my husband actually raped my best friend. Now my soon to be ex is causing problems for me (we have kids in common) and taking it out on me. I dont belive it and havent asked my friend. What are your families' big skeletons?

I have recently found a some things out and I can't believe the extent that my family has gone to bury the truth when in reality facing the truth is actually a lot less difficult and causes much less pain for everyone else. In my case it was hiding that I had a sibling that I didn't know I had.

To cheer me up that family is not the only crazy one out there. Please tell me your wierd, cruel or bizarre stories that have been kept hidden from yourself or the outside world.

I won £5000's worth of holiday vouchers in September and used £2000 of them to take my son to Mauritius in October, then asked my mum and brother where they would like to go.

My mum said she'd like to go to St Lucia and the best time for her was February 07 so I used a further £2000 of the vouchers to book a 2 week holiday for her and my brother. My mum told me yesterday very matter of factly that if she was to go now she would not get holiday pay from work as she had no entitlement left, therefore she was not going to go now.
I explained that the holiday was NON-REFUNDABLE, NON-CHANGEABLE and NON-TRANSFERABLE so no-onelse could go in their place - the £2k would be lost if she did not go. I also said "but you were the one who told me to book for that date, and if I'd known you were going to change your mind I could have booked the holiday for other people to go". She really does not seem to care that £2k is wasted and I feel so hurt and angry that she has done this..
