Seriously, you could try reunion.com. If you post a message on the discussion board there are some people who have access to websites where they can research information given to them about the person to locate someone for you. They would need all the information that you have available to be able to better conduct the search. Ex: Full Name, Last known address, Age, Date of birth if available, Spouse and or Children's names, ect.
