she's not happy with her husband and wants to move to another state with her baby. how could she do that by having custudy of the baby

Bring out his BAD side. Make him seem incapable of raising the baby and show that you are better capable. It works effectively. Good Luck

The woman just needs to do her job with her child and do it well. As long as you are the primary child care provider for the child and no neglect in your background you should do well. Don't give in to threats don't go out to party. Be the perfect mom. And not just to get custody. From birth to 18 if you mess up he can try to get custody. Make sure it goes to court and don't just give the child away.

You need to hire an attorney that specializes in divorce. Then, file for divorce & from there, you'll have to explain your case and fight for custody. It will most likely be a lengthy battle, so it looks like you won't be moving anytime soon.

Not sure of your state, but in most cases, primary physical custody is left with the mother unless there have been issues of neglect or abuse, etc.

I don't know what a devorse is but I assume whatever it is getting an attorney would by your first task.
